Do not like the drop down flap on the freezer. Both fridge and freezer controls are inside and can easily be moved when getting food in and out.

I have been waiting for a month
I have been waiting for a month, even though I informed them that I have no other refrigerator during this hot weather. Can you imagine your child asking for cold water or any kind of drink, but there isn't any in the house? Their service is very poor. As a customer, I am not at all satisfied with Beko. I don't think I will buy Beko products again.

Beko fridge freezer didn't work
Beko fridge freezer didn't work, couldn't keep temperature as needed. Engineer booked who said 2 parts needed, but parts not available for 2 +weeks so we exchanged for another make/model which works beautifully. Will not get Beko again.

Really pleased
Really pleased. Only had a couple of weeks but so far this is a great dishwasher and so quiet. Washes really well and there are plenty of cycles to choose from including a quick wash and a half wash. Much better than my previous Hoover model
