Has been reliable but doesn't seem to be any quicker than my previous provider.

I don’t have experience the your connection is very weak
We had a few issues when we first had our fibre network installed, but I think it was more down to fibre being newly installed in our area. Overall though, the customer service from BeeBu was excellent whilst they sorted the problems out. I would recommend them.

Switched from Vodafone to BeeBu and suddenly internet is dropping out… no tv signal on top floor room, never had this problem with Vodafone, router hasn’t moved??? Any ideas

For nine days we had no Internet and instead of money taken off my bill it went up by £1
I think if you have only had something working for half the month you should have something off your bill
My internet has been down since four days now in my house I am really disappointed
Fair contract pricing with future rises laid out in the contract ( +£3/month in April).
Had a minor issue with timing of router arriving vs installation date - install was brought forward; router had to play catch up. Building was a new connection to cityfibre network & caused booking issues initially (60 day delay became 12).
Have had loss of connection a number of times. Connection drops are usually for a few seconds then are resolved.
No issues with accessing any internet site unlike Vodafone.
Disconnects frequently and range isn't great but at least we can receive a signal on top floor 3rd.
Was disappointed you put the prices up as soon as I transferred to you also I haven’t received my butchers for changing over
The service has been a little slow but seems to be getting better
Installation was a nightmare due to drainage obstructions, was finally completed after 3 attempts.
The service is great though, so 4 stars rather than 5 due to the installation mess about.
