Super fast, getting over 900mb download speeds consistently and no lag while watching Netflix while my two sons are playing playstation. Was with Virgin Media before and come the late afternoon everything ground to a halt!

I was skeptical at first, but I was so sick of VM that I just decided to take a leap of faith... I swear, this company, the connection, the pricing, the speeds... ARE ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. No throttling, a stable connection and lightening fast speeds. My deal, 1Gig connection (no usage limit). Real life speeds of 400Mbps to 660Mbps (wireless). And Im paying £26.99 a Month. I've had the service in for around 6 months now and I'm elated with BeeBu.
I have had one service issue. I received a call from their tech support (lovely person, so polite) they called to warn me of a local issue and that the service may be intermittent for a few hours. I actually didnt have one issue with service that, or any other day haha.
I cant recommend them highly enough. Credit where credit is due. FANTASTIC!

After I applied for it, I found out that if I wanted to use a static IP, I would have to pay an extra £5 per month. Other services are good.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They left me sat in all day waiting for an engineer that was never coming, then told a pack of lies saying I had changed the install date by 3 weeks with their "network provider". Failed to provision my fibre broadband as promised when ordering. Tried to contact them but they close at 5:30PM and only open again after I get into work in the morning. Even then it is only their chat service and not an actual person. I should have stuck with a reputable supplier. They are cheap for a reason, folks. Cancellation requested!

Had a niche technical issue with my service, and it felt like the support staff really cared about resolving the issue and did everything within their power.
Highly recommend the WhatsApp support option, beats spending time on the phone or waiting for emails.

Isn't it funny how they respond to positive feedback but don't respond to negative feedback just shows you what the company is like.
Pete on live chat is great, simple requests are done with no fuss whatsoever, I have hearing loss so depend on live chat a lot.. Needed to move to a static IP to get away from constraints of CGNAT, this was sorted smoothly and easily. Great service from Beebu and Pete

Doesn't work properly.
Customer Service fob you off with "its your hardware, it's your router position" etc etc.
Popular sites unusable without VPN.
They must be aware of this, but they deny it over and over. I have slow, 30mbps at my business and its better than this!

My parents also have beebu at their house and have the same issues. Don't bother with these guys!
In the process of trying to copy out my routers password, I tampered with a button which affected the signal. This fact was unknown to me, but I just noticed the rioters no longer displayed signal strength and obviously, no connection anymore. After several trouble shooting, I contacted Beebu customer service online, unfortunately it was outside of office hours. Beebu got back to me next morning, and I was guided on what to do with a few minutes my connection was restored without anyone needing to come over. I was pleasantly surprised.

The Beebu customer service is second to none, the team there will bend over backwards to help you. You also get regular updates if the internet goes down for any reason which is very rare. I cannot fault this company in anyway just brilliant.
