Although the engineering work overran. customer service was responsive and stayed on top the issue until it was resolved.

Super helpful, rang BeeBu around 2pm to say the internet was playing up they got someone out with in a few hours to sort it. They even messaged back the next morning to see if it was working okay.

Had a problem with connection in a bedroom and Pete sent me out an extender straight away also had trouble with a payment which he resolved super fast which was great because who can live without internet these days. Got back to me straight away, he's very helpful.

Peter was great, I cannot praise the customer service I was given enough! I called up enquiring regarding internet for a property I was moving into and he managed to get a slot arranged for fibre installation as soon as possible after my move in date. Since the work was completed, my internet service has been great and uninterrupted, haven’t had any problems since. Thanking the whole team as well for helping to make this happen and a big thank you to Peter for getting it all in motion and following up to make sure things were running smoothly following the work being completed. :)

My fibre internet was just installed, and the whole process was much faster than I expected. The engineers were very kind, and the internet works perfectly. I’m getting the maximum speed that was offered, which is well above the guaranteed minimum. I haven’t been using it for long yet, but so far the connection has been stable.
I’m also very happy with the customer service. Before installation, I had a simple question and reached out to several providers via online chat. With another provider, I had to wait 45 minutes and still received no reply, but at BeeBu my question was answered immediately, and this was a dominant factor for my choice. After installation, I even received a follow-up phone call to check if everything was working fine, which not many providers bother to do. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision.
