I had one of the hardest months of my…

I had one of the hardest months of my life and, in the chaos of it all, I missed the 14-day return window by a few weeks. The jacket €210 is sitting in my closet, tags still on, never worn, not even once.

I reached out to Beaumont and was initially told my case would be reviewed as an exception, given the item was clearly unused. I got my hopes up. Then the final reply came: sale item, outside the window, no return possible.

I completely understand that policies exist for a reason. But life happens. A little human flexibility for a clearly unused, tagged item would have meant the world to a customer going through a rough patch and would have kept a loyal buyer. Instead, I'm out €210 and left with a jacket I'll never wear.

I won't be shopping here again, which makes me sad because I genuinely liked the brand. I just wish the customer experience had matched the quality they put into their clothes.

JACKET OVERSIZE

i had to change sizes 2 times, because jacket is oversize, but finaly i found my size, jacket is in very good quality. No problem with returns and money back. Thank you a lot

Shopping from Beaumont outside of the…

Shopping from Beaumont outside of the UK can be problematic. After returning an item, they said they would confirm a refund once the return was received, but I never heard back. I had to email them five weeks later to request my refund. Only then did they process the refund, but only via PayPal, which isn't an option in Denmark. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

This company scammed me.

Worst experience shopping online ever! I ordered a cardigan from them in a size medium. Firstly, only one item out of the three I placed arrived to me and on top of that it was an XXL. I contacted them via email and they answered like two weeks later saying they don’t have any more of the one I ordered (medium) in stock so I kindly asked for a refund for the item that they wrongly sent to me and the other two items which I never received. It’s been 1 month and I still haven’t heard anything. This company literally scammed me out of $200 USD, do not buy from them!

Received a previously-worn jacket

Ordered the Lila jacket in the beautiful dark blue Night color. It's very well-made and seems high quality. However when I received it there was a rather strong scent of perfume around the collar area. The tags were attached. Because of the very dark color, it was only when I wore it outside in bright daylight that I noticed several dark stains on the wrist area of both sleeves.

I'm disappointed because I had trusted to receive a brand-new, unworn jacket, and paid the full price for. I sent photos and they very promptly replied to my email and told me to wash the jacket, with detailed instructions, which I appreciate however I am not fully satisfied with this response. I'm not sure the stains will come out and I will have to take it to be laundered where there is a dryer. I would be very careful ordering from them, make sure you inspect items carefully in good lighting because you may end up with something damaged or unclean. This is my first experience with them; I think they need to improve on quality control. Update: they replied to this review saying they'd reach out to me and as of today (13 January) no one has, so I'm removing one star from the review.

Jakke med flere fejl. Beaumont nægter at betale for retur

Ordered an 177€ jacket. Received one that doesn’t match the pictures on the website with obvious mistakes. For instance buttons that were meant to be same size and quality varies from breast to collar and bad stitching. Informed Beaumont and they deny to pay the return cost.
