Delivery FAIL

This company needs to address their serious delivery problems; read through these reviews and it’s clear. I placed an order during the Black Friday sale on Nov. 28 and it has still not been delivered. So disappointing as they were items I hoped to use during the holidays. They refunded me and told me I could just re-order but I had to ASK to get the BF sale price again if I were to re-order the same items. No other gesture of compensation or consideration was offered; no expedited shipping on the replacement order, for instance. The whole experience has deflated my enthusiasm for the brand; it just feels kinda bush league and not worth the hassle, much as I might like to try more products. Why would I want to trust their unreliable, unprofessional European courier again with another order? Too many excuses and pleasant platitudes offered but not enough of truly paying attention to what all these customers are saying: get it together on the shipping, and don’t promise what you can’t deliver.

Received a previously-worn jacket

Ordered the Lila jacket in the beautiful dark blue Night color. It's very well-made and seems high quality. However when I received it there was a rather strong scent of perfume around the collar area. The tags were attached. Because of the very dark color, it was only when I wore it outside in bright daylight that I noticed several dark stains on the wrist area of both sleeves.

I'm disappointed because I had trusted to receive a brand-new, unworn jacket, and paid the full price for. I sent photos and they very promptly replied to my email and told me to wash the jacket, with detailed instructions, which I appreciate however I am not fully satisfied with this response. I'm not sure the stains will come out and I will have to take it to be laundered where there is a dryer. I would be very careful ordering from them, make sure you inspect items carefully in good lighting because you may end up with something damaged or unclean. This is my first experience with them; I think they need to improve on quality control. Update: they replied to this review saying they'd reach out to me and as of today (13 January) no one has, so I'm removing one star from the review.

Love the Esplars

I ordered a pair of Esplar sneakers which did not fit, so I returned them and ordered the next size up. Love them, very comfortable! The tongue is a bit stiff as many have noted, but it’s not a major issue.

Items were not packaged with care

Items were not packaged with care. The large box arrived with tape ripped. Inside, all the various products had been merely thrown in on top of one another, with no packing materials or cushioning to secure them and keep them from shifting: cans of mango pulp were crushed by the large bags of atta flours and dals. Other items arrived in a haphazard crumpled heap. Drumstick pickle showed expiry date of 03/2023 (two months ago). By contrast I recently ordered Thai groceries from a company in Italy who took great care in packaging all items securely and neatly so nothing arrived damaged. As a result, I am very hesitant to order from Jamoona in future even though they offer a nice variety of products. Please take better care of packing customer orders!
