Delivery FAIL
This company needs to address their serious delivery problems; read through these reviews and it’s clear. I placed an order during the Black Friday sale on Nov. 28 and it has still not been delivered. So disappointing as they were items I hoped to use during the holidays. They refunded me and told me I could just re-order but I had to ASK to get the BF sale price again if I were to re-order the same items. No other gesture of compensation or consideration was offered; no expedited shipping on the replacement order, for instance. The whole experience has deflated my enthusiasm for the brand; it just feels kinda bush league and not worth the hassle, much as I might like to try more products. Why would I want to trust their unreliable, unprofessional European courier again with another order? Too many excuses and pleasant platitudes offered but not enough of truly paying attention to what all these customers are saying: get it together on the shipping, and don’t promise what you can’t deliver.
