Registering online account.

I have found it difficult, impossible really, to register my account onlineaccount online.

I will try again tomorrow, Very frustrating.

When I couldn't access verification code as phone currently lost, the online assistant was excellent, gave me a phone number. Call was picked up quickly and an extremely helpful employee assisted me and took payment over the phone. Your site was easy to navigate and employees both online and by phone were very professional and helped me through the problem, swiftly and effectively. They removed the stress and dealt with me politely and guided me clearly through the payment process. Much appreciated. Pleased to have found you BEAM.

Very pleased but …

Very pleased with the procedure to get and pay for the insurance. I have downloaded the AA app as suggested if I need to make a claim but there doesn’t appear to be a prompt to do so. Just offering to get a quote for insurance or breakdown. Guess I’ve done something wrong.
Opening the documents to print is long winded as the password has to be put in twice, once to open it and again to print.
