I couldn't purchase the items I required in the UK so I contacted the shop in Melbourne Jade was extremely helpful and despite the time difference communications between both of us was easy. I highly recommend them.

Delivery was not as expected
Ordering was easy it was great that they bundled everything you need together, however they don’t tell you they only deliver to a depot not to your door, if you don’t have a large enough vehicle or someone to help you, there is an significant extra charge from the storage company.

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback. It appears there may have been some confusion regarding our delivery options. We do, in fact, offer home deliveries.
During the checkout process, our website provides multiple freight options. For large orders (such as pallet shipments), customers are given the choice between home delivery and delivery to a nearby depot. The depot delivery option is often $100-$200 cheaper, which makes it a popular choice. It’s possible that the second freight option was overlooked during checkout.
After receiving your review, we tested the website using your postcode, and both delivery options are indeed available. We would be happy to provide a screenshot of this test if you would like.
We strive to make our website as clear and user-friendly as possible to help customers avoid such misunderstandings. Additionally, we send confirmation emails/text messages after an order is placed, which includes information about the delivery option chosen. We encourage customers to review this confirmation to ensure the accuracy of their order details.

The experience was both great and slightly bad.
The purchase experience was both great and slightly bad. I received an order confirmation, but besides that, I received 0 communication or notification that my order was being made ready until a week later when I was told that it was going to be delivered on the same day. It was very lucky that I was home that day, but in fact, I had an appointment that if I knew the delivery was coming, I would have rescheduled (but the noticed period was too late), so I wasn’t home when it arrived. However, when the delivery arrived, the driver was very helpful and patient with me.
