They were proactive in letting me know some items ordered were not available and suggested alternatives which were fine with me and didn't delay the fulfillment of my order. I was happy with everything I received.

My husband and I have bought multiple items from Capital BBQ - most recently a XL Green Egg last year and gorgeous Berlin Gardens patio furniture this year. We have always had a great experience, but this last transaction for the garden furniture was truly exceptional. Kirk Sharkey went out of his way to ensure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase, and his delivery guys were also A+.
