Napoleon 3 burner pro
Staff were excellent.I had selected the wrong fuel in error. Called the next date to change the order. Customer service walked me through to the correct model I needed. And I wound up learning that the pro model had the features I really wanted.with stainless grills and higher grade sear burned. Customer service was excellent with all the changes. The delivery was when I expected due to holidays.and the driver help me wheel the bbq right into the back yard. Great team on this from start to finish. Just need summer so I can test it out.

I liked the process and options to customize the gift card. However, the directions weren’t followed. The card was supposed to go to a third party on Christmas morning, but ended up in my inbox on dec 23. I double checked the info I supplied (in the receipt), and no mistake was made on my part.

Given the run around when we didn't receive what we paid for
Paid for a certain cover and was shipped a cheaper one. We asked for it to be exchanged for the one we ordered and were told they were sold out, and would "try" to find out what they could do. It's been over a month.

Could have been smoother.
Well, When I purchased the item originally I received an email saying it wasn't in stock and I would be notified when it was back in stock. Then silence nothing. No information. So I called your 1-800 number and was told it was never out of stock and they would send me one. I had no heat for quite a while waiting for this. Glad I got it. It works great. Too bad the order didn't go well.
