Good value and arrived fast
The parts I ordered arrived as described and reasonable price. My only issue was when ordering the Napoleon stainless grates I wasn't aware that it was only one so when it arrived I had to order the other two and pay shipping again. Not a real big deal but would have been nice to save the second shipping charge.

Very long delivery time with very little communication unless engaged by the purchaser
Ordered my items showing they were all in stock. Received NO update after 1 week, so I emailed to see what was the delay. I was told one item was not in stock hut they should have it the following week. Well, this went on for over a month and I finally received my items around 6 weeks later. In the mean time I had to purchase the items somewhere else, because I was going away on vacation and needed them.
