Ordered several items and all were great apart from one that was broken. You must report broken items within 48 hours but if you do that it’s very easy to make a return/get refund. Munzeea was very helpful and was brilliant with communication to sort out refunding me for my damaged shower.

Couple of missing items were sorted out very quickly with next day delivery. V smooth

The Bathroom mountain staff and sales team were excellent from selecting items for my bathroom to delivery, there after sales care are fantastic , I would highly recommend using this company and a big thank you to all at the Swindon branch for everything they did. All the products we purchased we high quality , deliver was fast and we were kept up to date with delivery times, can not fault my whole experience with them.

The delivery was sent very quickly and arrived at the allotted time, however one parcel was missing which arrived a couple of days later.
The vanity unit is great, very well made and a lovely colour. A very good product and I am happy to use them again.

I unfortunately had a bad face plate for the shower valve I received, however I contacted Waleed, at the customer service desk and he organised a replacement for the next day, thank you 10/10 service

I made an order for a radiator and various supplemental parts. Delivery was fast and the items were of excellent quality. Ultimately and through no fault of Bathroom Mountain I decided to return the items as they did not aesthetically match the room I was redecorating. The returns process was easy and my order was refunded with speed. Customer service agent Haider was very helpful indeed as were all of the staff I spoke with.

I had a couple of issues with an order I placed which only came to light at the time of fitting, (one issue my fault due to incorrect item ordered). This was then beyond the standard refund policy timeline / complaint timeline. However, after posting a review Samantha from customer service reached out and resolved the issue. Definitely great customer focus.

I made a mistake on my order. I contacted the customer service team by email. Sajeel from the customer service team responded back almost immediately. He was helpful and sorted it all for me.
