Very quick delivery, and although we initially placed the wrong order, the customer service team was extremely helpful and considerate. We ordered quite a few items from Bathroom Mountain for our Bathroom renovation and one of the items was missed from the shipment. I immediately emailed their customer service and got a response from WALEED within a couple of hours apologising for the inconvenience and confirming that he has arranged for the missed item to be shipped immediately for next day delivery.

Waleed was great - super helpful and efficient. Resolved my issue with a damaged tap very quickly and arranged collection for the next day. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Waleed.

I had excellent customer service from Muqaddis. I was waiting for a refund for a returned order which was taking longer than it should have done. She followed it up and go the refund sorted within a couple of hours.

Abdul Basit was very helpful with investigating and resolving my missing item. He was able to arrange the item to be delivered on next day delivery. I appreciate the way he took ownership of my query and helped me resolve an issue

I couldnt find my email confirming my order but needed to change the date of delivery. I spoke to Muqaddis in customer service who was a delight to deal with who found my order and changed my delivery date with ease. the only let down was the delivery driver who once he brought it into my house took a photo and left without moving it so I was unable to actually close the door I assumed he would move it after the photo but he just jumped in the vehicle and left

Super impressed! Not only with the service but the product as well. We bought a bathroom vanity and were able to choose the type of basin and taps. Whole lot arrived at the same time, unit was pre-built and we just needed to put all it all together and plumb. Choice of delivery slot was perfect and came exactly on time. The delivery men even brought it up to our 1st floor apartment.

I received a damaged item, I emailed customer service and received a call nearly straight away from Abdul Basit who got me a new item to be delivered the following day!

Customer service was excellent. One of the doors of a mirror bathroom cabinet was not soft close like the rest but customer service offered a fair partial refund which covers the cost to source and replace the hinges. A replacement was also offered as an alternative. Resolution was quick, no waiting around for a response -special thanks to Waleed.

Super efficient, even when there was a technical hitch involving a change of mind on my part. Minahil totally understood, and the whole thing was resolved very amicably. The products look great and are excellently packaged. The website is scrupulously detailed, and all communications are more or less instantaneous. Company policies are applied with wisdom, care and compassion.
