The order arrived promptly and was brought carefully into my home.

This was my forth attempt at getting a replacement for a damaged delivery having been told by the delivery team that it would automatically happen. Rang store, told to ring customer services, customer services put me back through to store, store then give me a number to call logistics. Finally spoke with Muhammad who has re-ordered my items and arranged a new delivery date. I hope nothing is damaged this time!

Product not as advertised. Shower door advertised as 760mm wide - but on arrival it measures only 720-750. Even the instructions say up to 750 maximum. So it does not fit our en suite and with a professional tradesman to do the job. So now it must be returned which will cost a fortune in delivery charge and me the customer now bears the risk of breakage during the delivery and not getting a refund.
Very annoying and bit inconvenience + stress.

What should have been a straight forward delivery on a pre determined day turned into me having to spend over 6 hours on the phone to various departments. Despite being assured the delivery would be there in the day in question, they failed to deliver. I told them to deliver two days later, they assured me this would be done then I got a confirmation that it would be delivered the next day when I’m not there. I rearranged with delivery company directly yet Bathroom Mountain failed to get the product to them in time again so that delivery was also missed. Another hour on the phone to sort out for the following day which they could “only guarantee 80%” which was a joke.

And don’t try to talk to a supervisor or manager, they are always in meetings!
I would avoid this company at all costs

My purchase from Bathroom Mountain could not have gone better, they have an excellent choice of products, delivery was very quick and the vanity unit, ceramic basin and ceramic disc tap is very high quality.

Purely because the waste trap was not suitable for the proposed location of the vanity unit, I needed to return it for a refund and again this was very simple and quick and Alina and Waleed were very efficient and helpful.

I would certainly purchase from Bathroom Mountain again.

Charlotte really helped us out. We received a product that was damaged and did not report it within their 48 hour timeframe.

But despite that, Charlotte from the Customer Service Team was kind enough to provide a replacement for us.

I really had a good experience and this would encourage me to purchase products from here in the future!

Excellent service from Bathroom Mountain. Products arrived quickly. An issue did arise with one of the products, which they were happy to replace. In an age where business just take your money and then ignore issues its great to see BM's customer service are doing a great job!!

In this day and age, I’m amazed that everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. During the ‘return’ process (our fault for the return, not yours), all my emails were replied to promptly and politely. So, thank you for everything. The only thing I would say is that perhaps it should be made clear from the outset that returning items is the responsibility of the customers including costs. Many thanks again.

Ordered two items from here in the last few months and have been delighted with both. Both arrived super quickly, excellently packaged, and great quality! Not had to use the customer service so cannot comment of this. Very happy customer :-)

Sajeel was friendly and helpful and prompt with advice. I have an issue wit a product bought and technical help to fix has been shared and will try this out hoping it resolves the faults.

Ordering online was simple, delivery really quick and free, I had a missing part which was dealt with speedily by Muneeza.
