Had some items arrive damaged and contacted customer service. Excellent communication form MUNEEZA at Bathroom Mountain throughout the process of getting replacement and refund organised.
It's annoying to receive items damaged in transit, but I wouldn't let 5ge experience put me off buying from Bathroom Mountain again or recommending them.

We are missing a delivery, and received an odd text from the courier however used Live Chat, and Sajeel was amazing. So lovely to chat to a real person, who understood our concern and confirmed the delivery will still arrive. So polite! A refreshing change - thank you Sajeel!

Firstbtime I’ve used BM. Excellent quality shower tray and screen and concealed shower mixer arrived a very impressive 18 hours after my order was placed. Brilliant service for a busy builder definitely will use BM again! Musaab in customer service painlessly credited a refund of a delivery charge as I made a mistake and forgot the screen on the original order. Very impressed !!

Ordered the "Selma Matt Black Illuminated LED Recessed Mirror Cabinet" which arrived in good time and very happy with the item, but one of the glass side panels was unfortunately broken upon arrival, and I unfortunately did not get chance to spot this during the regular 48 hour window. Got in contact and Haider couldn't have been more helpful and has arranged a replacement in no time. Very impressive customer service and will certainly be ordering from Bathroom Mountain again in the future!
