I ordered an LED mirror and a wall-hung vanity unit +basin for a refurb project and I'm super happy with both, especially for the money.

There was an issue I had with installing a waste with my sink basin as I'd ordered the waste from elsewhere and it proved not to be compatible, but Waliya from the customer service team was extremely helpful in advising on a suitable replacement and even discounted the postage on the item - can't really ask for more when the issue wasn't even with their own products.

The Bathroom Mountain website wasn’t allowing me to proceed with my order so I ended up ringing the company and spoke to Sammi. I found her manner to be professional and ‘human’ showing genuine concern for the website problems and straight in with an apology. To be fair her conversation with me saved the order as I would have found it easier to order elsewhere without all the additional hoops to jump through. Two radiators now ordered and will hopefully be delivered tomorrow.
