The ordering and confirmation was easy…
The ordering and confirmation was easy with next day delivery promised. The next day the courior confirmed a delivery time....failed to deliver....next day same experience.....so referred back to Bathroom mountain via email. Response from Alina at around 7am confirming she had chased the courior and refunded my delivery charges. Thank you. By 12 noon i had my purchase, all in good order. Thanks to Alina for 5 star response.

Couldn't ask for better service.
Tim from Cudtomer Care was very helpful once he understood that I was genuine with my claim. He was very consistant with the company policy i.e doing what he is paid to do. He was very pleasant and understanding. Couldn't hope for better service from ordering to delivery and handling of issues.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. The bathroom vanity unit I bought, I found out after I bought it, cannot be placed within close proximity to a bath or glass shower wall . The coating is splitting off after less than 100 days of use. Bathroom Mountain has said it should not have been placed so close to the bath or glass shower wall. I will NEVER buy from them again. I will be taking this up with Trading Standards as this is unacceptable

As previously explained during our review of your case, the warranty for your vanity unit was unfortunately void because the installation did not comply with the product's installation requirements. These guidelines are provided to help protect the furniture from excessive moisture exposure, which can lead to the type of damage shown.
While we appreciate this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, we have already reviewed your case thoroughly and, as a gesture of goodwill, we were happy to offer you a discounted quotation for a replacement cabinet.
