This item is factory packed and we don't open the fitting kit here to check each part individually.
As per our email please check the contents again as this item is factory packed with parts actually located inside the machine itself.

Struggled with the payment method
Struggled with the payment method, admittedly it may have been a problem at my end but need to be aware that some protection software might restrict the payment process. Once resolved, great service, delivered promptly.

On 2 occasions orders confirmed as complete and ready for dispatch. Payments taken from bank account After waiting several days when item not received called to be informed out of stock until mid Jan.

We're sorry you're not happy with the service provided. I have checked both your orders which were placed on Saturday 28th & Friday 4th. Our business working hours are detailed at the top of our website and state we are currently closed on Mondays and HIB are closed over the weekends. Our records show you were notified by email of stock shortages at HIB within 1-2 working days. Like most websites ours is automated and you cannot place an order without making a payment online. As confirmed by telephone earlier today we will arrange for an immediate refund and cancellation of both orders.
