I ordered a water softener which was meant to be delivered on 27th November. The delivery company failed to deliver. Bathquest says they are not responsible once the item is dispatched to the delivery company. They wash their hands and it is the customer's problem whether the item is actually received.

I purchased a HIB bathroom cabinet. The literature states a clearance of 150mm is needed from a surface for a sensor switch to work. In my case, it is 190mm, but the switch is permanently on. Their resolution was to have the cabinet removed and tested without a surface below. Not sure how this would help as there is a surface below and at a much greater distance than stated. They also state in their email that all goods returned will be tested by themselves. Whilst I would expect that, it seems to be indicating a lack of trust with there customers. Bathquest - if something goes wrong take ownership and deal with it - its called customer service. Don't expect customers to have to get electricians in at the customer's expense to prove your goods are faulty or not as described

Very helpful team who helped when there was a possible problem with the manufactures. They looked after me and helped me get my bath on time. Great prices also.

Disappointing. I was unable to return a mirror cabinet even though it was in its original packing and unopened because it was outside their 14 days returns period.

I hoped to return it because my new bathroom had to be reconfigured at the last minute which meant a new stud wall was going to encroach on the space where the cabinet was going to go. The 14 day return period is in their terms and conditions, so I can't really complain, but nevertheless I hoped that Customer Services might have been more understanding. I've now been left with a £476.63 cabinet and nowhere to put it!

Ordered a Royce Morgan roll top slipper bath from Bathquest 9 months ago. The bath was delivered on time & the driver wheeled the heavy package into my garage. I installed the bath in my new bathroom & it looks amazing. Very luxurious & the centrepiece of the bathroom.

Ordered a bathroom cabinet as they were the cheapest on the Web. Cabinet was delivered directly from the manufacturer and was damaged on arrival. Bathquest quickly sorted out a replacement, unfortunately it wasn't until the third delivery we had a good one but Bathquest sorted out everything quickly and efficiently. Would order from them again.
