Recently I created a order which contains series of custom keyboard accessories for myself, the postage is really fast through fedex. BaoHero is very professional, they response in English quickly which do surprise me a lot, and they do check and pack everything together to gain as small volume as they could in order to reduce the post fees. Today I was talking with my friend about starting a group-buy, we definitely will choose BaoHero!

I recently organised a group-buy from some Taobao stores for myself and a couple of friends. The BaoHero website is very user-friendly and easy to understand and the option to upload images as well as .xls spreadsheets makes the process of communicating exactly which items you want to purchase so smooth.
The BaoHero team worked quickly and were very responsive to queries and were able to resolve an issue with the purchasing of two items that weren't able to be shipped from China to the UK.
Although the process took longer than I had anticipated, my package arrived unharmed (though there was a little damage to the outside of it from the usual shipping and handling process) and everything was present and as requested.
Now that I've used BaoHero once, I'll definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend you using them too.

Irresponsible. My order has placed since 11.5 and now it is stuck in China airport without any update or even prior warning.

Their phone call is never able to reach no matter how many times you call. Full of liar and thieves

Dear Baohero purchasing,

I have been following up our order # 12160 and 12162 for weeks but nobody is giving us a commitment. Order started April. Its more than a month now.

1. You received all parts since May 18 and you even mentioned to send the invoice ASAP but we have not received until today.

2. total weight is more than 30kg and need to divide which I approved and your purchasing also acknowledged. That was May 21.

What we need now is the final billing so we can process the payment and you can also ship the parts.

Please understand that we also have customers waiting for those parts and any further delays means additional loses in our company.

Used Bao Hero to get parts for a gel blaster off of taobao. Bao Hero were fast at responding and were very clear with comunication. Postage was also quicker than expected. Will be using them again.

Ive been using taobaoage for half years, receiving abt 20 parcels. All good without any problem. They always ask your instructions if there are any issues with items, shipping etc. Response is fast and Customer service is online 24/7. great job guys!

I have been using these guys for few month and I notice they charge much higher for shipping and says they will ship by DHL but it goes through a Singapore facility and comes to USA which takes very long and bet much cheaper for them to send that way? My order is taking 1month to get like 10 items I am still waiting and they are not responding anymore.. the shipping package seems stuck in Singapore for now 4 days.. also you have to be extra careful of calculating the price on your own since so many times they miscalculate and charged me more than I should pay for the items on taobao.

**What about the problem of you guys charging me for 10 qty for link number 8 on my latest order and the seller only sent 6, but did not refund me the 4 qty I paid. Where did that money go?

Amazing service, very friendly staff. This is my 2nd time using this agent and I will continue to use them.

My experience with Taobao Age has been amazing. The staffs that were part of my transactions were all very capable, friendly, and responds very regularly, keeping updates on everything.
