​"I am extremely outraged by Yoybuy's service. I bought a bicycle that was supposedly to be delivered in 4 days. Without any warning, they cancelled the order. After complaining, they extended the deadline by 15 more days, promising it would be fulfilled this time.
​To my surprise, they have cancelled it a second time. Now they tell me that 'in theory' it will arrive in a week, but I receive no clear information or real tracking numbers. I feel like I am constantly being stalled and they are playing with my money. It is unacceptable to sell a product, give a delivery date, and then systematically break your own promises.
​I demand an immediate solution: either ship my bike now or provide a full refund. Stop making excuses and take responsibility!my order is 1444809155

100% scammers

100% scammers. My parcel weighed 3 kg, and after I paid, they asked for an extra charge for the 4.8 kg weight. When I received it and scaled it, I saw it weighed 3 kg. And this isn't the first time; they do this regularly.

What a greedy company

I ordered 3 times from this company, everything would have gone more or less normally, until now, when I wanted to arrange delivery in 14 days(less than 10usd), but Yoybuy they simply removed other delivery options besides their own, I wanted the things to arrive before January 22, but I have to pay an unbearable 135usd for this. And also last time, my things were damaged, the picture under the acrylic was scratched

deficiente, pedi unas camisetas y me sale muy costoso el enviode ambas, juntas y separdas, me salieron mas economicas las camisetas que el envio, les recomiendo jamas volver a comprar en esta tienda, no hacen devoluciones de dinero, su servicio de atencion es inutil, su membresia es malisima, no dan buenos descuentos en sus envios, no tratan bien a sus clientes, prefiero comprar en shopee, sale mil veces mas economico, nunca volvere a comprar en esta tienda tan mediocre.

poor, I ordered some jerseys and the shipping is very expensive, both together and separately, the jerseys were cheaper than the shipping, I recommend never buying from this store again, they do not refund money, their customer service is useless , their membership is terrible, they don't give good discounts on their shipping, they don't treat their customers well, I prefer to buy from shopee, it is a thousand times cheaper, I will never buy from this useless store again.

I felt like this company robbed me.

They will keep on adding fees. I ordered a few items worth 4.5 USD total, and I had to cancel because they wanted to charge me around 380USD for shipping to their warehouse.

I was a little shocked too for the items that were already in their warehouse, and I was ready to ship them to me. Their initial quote was 170USD, which I paid, then I got a notification that I had to pay another 100USD because their initial quote was wrong. Other freight forwarders I know would have charged me 170USD to ship about 100kg or 1 cubic meter of stuff. 270USD for a 40kg package is robbery. Adding to that, they also only ship to the address of your payment method, so I don't have the option to ship to other freight forwarders once my item was with them.

The worst warehouse experience

Their website lacks professionalism, with item statuses frequently getting mixed up or failing to update accurately. Their pricing is overly expensive, and my warehouse experience with them was the worst I've ever had.

Untrustworthy company

Untrustworthy company, they continuously add fees. They will refuse to return you item to the seller and try to force you to pay there fees or give up your item to them. I made the mistake of paying the fees to get my item, then the item never arrived. I believe this is there process if you order anything of value. Trying other buying agents, I’ve never had this experience with another company. Avoid and use another agent.

They get the money but they didn’t respond

I placed my order with yoybuy, I used PayPal to do the payment, the amount was taken but the confirmation order step didn’t complete.. I try to cancel the payment through PayPal they told me to contact yoybuy and ask them to cancel the order and do refund since the amount already transfer to there PayPal account, I emailed them but they didn’t respond

Update: after two days they released the amount and do process my order

TOTAL SCAMMERS!! Beware! READ!

TOTAL SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!
1) They put small extra costs everywhere,(that you can't avoid paying or they won't proceed with order).
2) They have a wallet where you can add money (with fees), or where they add money in case of a refund like in my in case, it does not go directly to paypal. From $80 the amount slowly went down to $73,80 "because of currency loss"...what has that got to do with me and my refund?! Seems they stopped doing that now, but have no proof.
3) Made me change to a more expensive shipping method after they reinforced the packet (said they wouldn't take any responsibility if I didn'do it - cost $5 extra)
4) packet was now too big for method I had chosen and had ALREADY PAID FOR.
5) booked a more expensive shipping method WITHOUT my explicit approval and told me it cost another $5 to cancel it.
6) WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY MORE THEY THREW AWAY THE ORIGINAL ITEM BOX TO MAKE THE PACKAGE SMALLER, MAKING THE COLLECTOR'S RESIN STATUE LOSE A LOT OF VALUE.
7) ARRIVED BROKEN, WITH PARTS THAT WERE MISSING, AND I CAN PROVE THEY SEND IT PARTLY BROKEN ALREADY!!

I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL GET ALL MY MONEY BACK, BECAUSE OF THE MONEY THAT WAS IN THE WALLET WITH WHICH I PAID A PART OF THE STATUE WITH. I'M DISGUSTED.

How good are these guys?

I am a marketplace seller in my country. I have been buying goods from China on Yoybuy for about six months now. Each of my purchases is accompanied by only pleasant sensations. Site employees redeem goods in a timely manner. If something is wrong, then they will definitely notify you in your personal account and send a letter by mail. From the last purchase, it turned out that the weight of the parcel was less than the system calculated, and I was returned about 3 US dollars, they might not return anything, and I would not have told them anything, but they returned them to me. Because of such work with clients, I like Yoybuy. I will continue to order my goods through them, and even after reaching a certain order threshold, the commission will drop to 8%, I still have a little more to reach this threshold.

Extra costs everywhere!! Paypal fees on you.

First item arrived totally broken. Although it was a breakable item, the packaging was poor (no space between inner and outer box). As I really wanted this, even if I was not conviced about their service the first time, I gave it another try. First problem, just like the first time, I made the order paid for the item plus $1,89 domestic ship., (consider their fees are quite high plus YOU have to pay paypal fees). Then they tell to pay another $8 for domestic shipping...again? The item took quite a long time to get to the warehouse. $2,00 if you want photos taken. Now we come to the shipping. Only a handful of options, most of them too expensive for a 1,350 kg item, on which you have to pay their fees and paypal's AGAIN. They said they would take no responsibility if I did not reinforce the box this time (another $5...), but the box is now too big for the cheaper method I chose and tell me to use another one, which would cost me another $23! I asked to tell me how much this could cost me BEFORE booking the new method, but no, they have already. To cancel the new shipping would cost me another $5!! This is ridiculous and shameful!!  Be careful, the shipping calculator is only an ESTIMATE!! I hope they solve my problem. I can't afford this budget. Two stars only because they reply quickly.
