I’ve used it for several orders and the experience has been consistently good. Communication is clear and everything is handled professionally.

They stole my money (900pln+) which is a lot then refused to give it back. I called my bank, they said they will try to get it back but no promises and no progress so far (its been two months). I wont leave it like that.

I am very satisfied . My first order arrived safely. All positive. Communication was very easy . I always received a helpful answer to everything. I have been able to order products that are not available on Ebay or Aliexpress in the EU.
I am already looking for my next order . I highly recommend them to everyone.

I want to cancel my order but I cant find it even though I have written them a mail and sent them a message they have still not replied yet it makes me so frustrated

I trusted their company to ship my package to Italy. I exchanged a total of 109 messages with my agent (a lot), but they were super helpful with me and my order. Shipped my package a week ago using EMS, it came trought today : EB785390609CN. I've already created a new order and I can't wait for everything I'm ordering to arrive.

I am a BaoHero user since 2020. I had a very disappointing experience this time. At BaoHero, there is a rule that you have to buy items over $100, so I chose items so that the total price would be over $100. However, after that, I received a message from BaoHero asking me to buy more because the item was less than $100 (589 CNY). According to my calculation, the total was 635.2 CNY. So, I messaged BaoHero about it. However, no reply came even after waiting for a long time. (In the past, BaoHero was very communicative and responded quickly.) So I added more products after that. And I got a message that the total amount is 107.99 USD.
So, I made the payment to the specified bank account.
After that, BaoHero told me that they made a mistake in the exchange rate and messaged me to pay an additional 41.87 USD. I messaged BaoHero about it, but I have not received a reply for several days.
In the past, BaoHero was very responsive, so I recommended BaoHero to others, but I won't be using it anymore.
I don't know if some staff in charge just happened to be in a bad mood, or if the company's constitution has changed, but I think it's very disappointing. Instead of BaoHero, I decided to buy the product again from Superbuy.

Best agency to order goods from Taobao. I have been using the service for 2 years and have come back constantly. Highly recommended.

Baohero is the real deal - 100% trustworthy. I’ve two separate experience with them and both experiences were amazing. Excellent communication and the goods came the next week exactly as described. Even after I bought the goods I’ve emailed with questions etc. and they always get back with me even if it’s after hours. Big purchases online can be very intimidating, but you can feel absolutely secure when buying from Baohero.

#1 Dishonest TaoBao Shipper.

After placing my initial order, I was informed that my the price of the item "changed." Even though I could see the original price on TaoBao website. They wouldn't refund my initial payment, so I paid the balance just to get my item.

Since then every few days they make up a new fee or excuse to ask for more money. I've made four payments now more than double the initial amount and today I was informed that UPS was charging another additional fake fee for my item that's almost 40% of the original item cost to actually deliver it.

This is an imaginary fee and I now realize they probably never ordered my item

They gave me a tracking number and UPS tracking link a week ago and it still doesn't show up in their system. They are thieves and I now suspect all the other reviews are less than truthful.

Do NOT use this company.
