What a fantastic experience I had with Aziza and Banks Lyon Jewellers!
Aziza was a fantastic communicator and answered all my questions promptly with pictures of the watch I wanted, she sent out the gorgeous watch I purchased the next day and I received the day after before 1pm! Excellent and fast service.
The watch is just as described and very gorgeous, a lovely treat for my birthday. I even got a special birthday card and chocolates- such a kind gesture.
I will definitely be returning when I need some more jewellery!

Ive just bought a beautiful summer blue planet ocean it's a stunning watch and aziza made the process so simple I got a great deal as well so a great experience with banks lyon and do not hesitate to recommend them.

I had always wanted a Longines watch and Aziza guided me through the on line purchase process to ensure the watch was delivered on the day I needed. Great price, great service and delivery on time plus some chocolate goodies in the delivered parcel! Brilliant

Samantha was very helpful and very good service from this jewellers.

I entered the shop and was immediately welcomed and informed that they were dog friendly. There was a good selection of luxury brands available and watches on display.
Sam was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I selected several watches before narrowing them down to a particular one and even then she showed me a couple of other “wild cards” to try on.
Excellent service throughout and I’ll certainly be visiting again for my next watch!!

My husband and I wandered in to Banks Lyon Jewellers 2 weeks ago to have a look at men’s luxury watches.
Denise who looked after us, was very friendly and courteous and with her help and experience my husband narrowed his choice to 2 .. a Longines and a Tissot.
As he couldn’t decide between the 2 Denise was able to offer a discount for if we were to purchase both…. Which is what we did so thank you Denise for all your help and advice and understanding.
We had a great time choosing the watches for my husbands special birthday, I especially liked the bubbly!!🥂.

I needed to purchase a very special item of jewellery and didn't really know where to start. I had visited the shop before and was helped by Denise who was 1st class.
When I was ready to purchase the item I returned to the store and was helped by Hannah Mackay. Hannah was kind patient did not put any pressure on me to buy but presented a number of options.
As a result I did actually purchase the most expensive option but it was absolutely worth it.
Great service from the whole team but a special thanks to Hannah.
