This was after sales service
This was after sales service, I bought a lock 3 months ago which had a small default and became stiff. The Banham team, the manager Maryam in particular and the lock specialist Ryan were very helpful to resolve the technical issues, gave me new keys and also arranged to install the lock.

John was absolutely amazing! Professional, efficient, friendly and kind. He really helped me with a problem that could have cost hundreds. When I showed the £21 bill to my partner after leaving the shop, he couldn't even believe it. I truly appreciated it.

Banham won't reply to an important question - again
I originally posted that 'I have emailed Banham five times, at both their maintenance address and at customer service, about our landline connection to the Alarm Receiving Centre after PSTN gets switched off. The occupants of our house are my wife and myself, both in our 80s. I have not received any reply, not even an acknowledgement.'
Banham replied to this review asking me to contact them by email. I did so, but a week later (29 June) I have still heard nothing from them.
My first email to them was sent four months ago and received no reply. By contrast, it took them less than a day to respond to my negative review in this public forum. But now they've failed to respond to the further email they asked me to send them.

Good service
The engineer was very pleasant and efficient inspiring confidence.
Why I haven’t given 5 star is because first occasion the engineer never came and I had no notice of it. I had to phone to find out what had happened.

Horrible experience with Customer…
Horrible experience with Customer Services. I scheduled a home survey today -Banham offers this to sell their services-. Since the Banham representative was an hour late, I emailed to find out how much longer I should expect to wait, but no one replied. Fifteen minutes later, I called and that's when I found out that Customer Services had canceled. Customer Services decided to cancel my appointment without notifying me! Customer Services decided that Banham couldn't install another lock, change the door, etc. All these decisions were made before the visit! Horrible experience; Banham is a disappointment. I will call a more reputable service.

Picked a lock finish and then when they installed it was a completely different finish - shiny and lacquered not Matt and rough - they said the finish was updated since I had ordered - took 8 weeks to even get it installed and wrong finish - still resolution - being ignored on email and WhatsApp by Jason Fournillier Banham Security Consultant

I needed two keys cut
I needed two keys cut, called the main phone number, spoke to somebody within 2 minutes. He was very helpful and suggested a trip to Earlsfield as close by. When I got there, the guys on reception were very professional and from arrival whole thing took less than 10 minutes. Very good impression of the company.
