We let donors choose their preferred charity for clothing donations. Anyone can schedule their FREE collection using our online booking system. Individuals simply have to place their bags of donated items on their doorstep, and our drivers will pick them up as scheduled. I had a collection on Friday
I had a collection on Friday , in error I put some of my son's work sweatshirt in, so I called this morning the woman on the phone said she would tell her manager then call back later, she didn't even ask me what work wear it was, it's very distinctive because its my son's street food business bright purple logo, she didn't call back she just said sorry we can't find the items, I then called back, i said im sure you can look through it from Friday she said no it's gone on trucks already and it's my fault, customer service terrible because why did she pretend she was going to help when she knew fine well she couldn't find the items because they don't even look at anything, I wish I had been able to take the items to a local charity shop but I can't I have a disability.

When you first contacted us, we did check internally to see if it would be possible to locate the items before confirming the outcome. As collections are processed very quickly once they reach our warehouse, we were advised that it wasn’t possible to go back and identify or retrieve individual bags from that day.
We understand this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for any frustration caused. While we do our best to help in situations like this, once items have entered processing, we’re unfortunately unable to recover specific belongings.
We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience and will take this on board.

What a brilliant service
What a brilliant service. Just book your collection online and you will be given a date for collection. On fair days I leave my bag outdoors. The company takes it away and you receive a thank you email, simple and effective.
On rainy days I leave the bag in my front porch which I can leave unlocked if I’m out.

Easy and reliable collections
I've had a few collections arranged for the Funzi and Bodo Trust and each has been very straightforward to book. The return messages giving a window for collection have been especially helpful, and the site has clear instructions on what items they can and can't accept. It's helpful to have a doorstep collection and so avoid driving round local charity shops that are often refusing donations due to overstocking.
