This is the 3rd time I have bought from…

This is the 3rd time I have bought from BackMarket and would not hesitate to do so again in the future. Once payment has been made shipping is very quickly underway and delivery times are short. Equipment purchased so far has been of excellent quality. It is my go to for phones, tablets and accessories. Highly recommend BackMarket.

Great phone

Great phone. Minimal scratches on it seeing as I bought the phone in "fair" condition. I would say it was more of a "good" rating. Delivery was quick too , within 2 days.

In stock does not me they have it - Beware

Placed an order on Monday which was accepted & my card charged. Went to check the tracking on Wednesday & found out that the order had been refunded & was no longer in stock. I received no email or notification to tell me this & now left in a difficult position as it was a gift. Also impossible to contact, no phone numbers & the "live chat" is pointless. My message is unread after an hour.
