I was really pleased with the quality and price of the item I purchased after previously being let down by a similar company twice who sent out items of lower quality than I paid for. Back market sent an item that was better than expected and I will be using them every time from now on

Horrendous experience. Ordered a new iPhone prior to going on holiday. DPD tracking could no longer locate the package. Raised it with Back Market and they said I had to wait 6 days before they could do anything and I had to escalate it with DPD myself. DPD said they needed to raise it as an issue. clearly the package got lost. It still hasn't arrived and no-one seems to be doing anything about it. I keep getting emails informing me my trade in window has expired and how I am enjoying my new phone that I don't have.

Generally very decent but the spamming is just relentless. I swear I've unsubscribed and turned off notifications from their app - over and over. But they just keep finding you and pushing more crap. Heaven forbid you should look at something on their site and not buy it. The alerts will find you over and over till you buy it.

Phone purchased was in very good condition at a very good price was delivered promptly , well packed , exceeded expectations.

Purchased a Galaxy Watch Ultra in excellent condition, got a 2 month old factory sealed unit! Must've been an overstock or an unopened return, overall a brand new watch for half price is always a win in my books. This was my second purchase from Backmarket. My first was the Galaxy Fold 6 again in Excellent condition and while the phone was mint it did not even come with the original box. The screen has started to peel (as expected with a foldable) but Backmarket offers easy sending it in for repair under the 12 month warranty.
