They sent me a faulty espresso machine (broken on arrival), replaced it with another espresso machine which was also broken on arrival. They refused to arrange the returns for either broken item.

Good selection to choose from and benifit of a good cash back for the d phone. Paid in quick time.

Just want to make people aware of the returns and support that is non existent with this company. There are a lot of good reviews here but just be aware that if it is faulty you may loose your purchase or even have to fix the issue yourself, resulting in further costs which you may as well of paid full price from the high street, where at least you could take it back.
My son purchased a MacBook from back market, tbh the laptop was working fine for 10 months just sat on his desk and the conversations were great whilst going through purchasing. It then started to develop lines across the bottom of the screen, bear in mind this laptop has been perfectly looked after and not moved from desk, so we spoke with the company who agreed that we could return it for repair or replacement, great. We then had an email saying that it's not their fault and to get it fixed ourselves and it's not covered under warranty and as their good will they may help towards getting it fixed. They then sent the laptop back with further lines down the left side and a massive scratch on the right side of the screen and stated that the scratch was caused when being delivered, although the laptop was boxed, lid down and covered in bubble wrap, and the other lines were caused in transit also, like magic. Obviously been dropped by the company and now they cant fix it and wont provide a reason even though under warranty, they then sent it back with a £5 charger and not the apple charger that was sent to them and have not replied to our emails for the last week.

Had to send 2 phones back they sent us the first phone which kept turning off and not staying on, they then sent me a second phone which wasn’t even the same phone replacement then that doesn’t work or let you use iMessage or FaceTime.

Excellent work

First of all the website is very easy to navigate & gives all the information you could wish to know. Secondly the delivery was quick & efficient. Thirdly the phone itself was received in very good condition. The only slight criticism was the cable supplied would have been more useful to have a usb to C connection rather than a C to C connection.

This is the 2nd phone off yourselves. Would not go anywhere else
