Really happy with the order which was purchased as a gift by a family member, boxed arrived a bit battered but that’s not the company’s fault. Checked the items all okay, really can’t wait to use the product.

Ordered a Hauck pushchair with an additional 5% off competitors prices, immediately after ordering received an email doubling the estimated order to delivery period quoted in the advert, then when this date approached had another email confirming brexit related issues were delaying things for another month (estimated) so gave up and got a refund.....got one from a competitor for 5% more and it was delivered in two days.....not a great experience

I have had my pushchair for a couple of weeks and used it 3 times. It is already faulty and they are refusing to replace the item, even though their returns policy states otherwise.

I have been fobbed off with incorrect assumptions and told the issues are wear and tear. Wear and tear after 3 uses?

I would avoid buying from them!

Wow, what brilliant service from Baby Security (a saving of at least £30 against other sellers) & a quick delivery by DPD. Ordered the car seat before 4pm yesterday (8.7.21) & it was delivered this morning (9.7.21). Wouldn't hesitate in buying from this seller again 5* 🙂

Parcel was delivered but inside box was empty!!!

When I ordered, the website said the travel cot would be in stock from 28 June, and I needed it for 16 July. I received an e-mail yesterday advising that it would not arrive until August - no phone number so I e-mailed back and asked for a refund. No response yet - pretty poor. Will keep you posted.

Finally found a number to call - lady was really helpful and cancelled order no problem.

Very impressed with the Customer Service team and the speed at which the Hauck Runner 2 was dispatched and delivered. Order before 4pm on Friday and delivered to the door by DHL before 11am the next day. Not many companies we have used over the years can match that. The Pushchair was well packaged and went together with no issues. Would use Baby Security for other purchases in the future.

Really impressed with the service. I will definitely use this site again. I ordered the rabbit on Wednesday and received it Friday. My grandson loves it.

Ordered a Stroller and received the wrong product, seemed very helpful at first but then ignored when I sent the images and no contact.

I am really frustrated with this company! I ordered on January 2021 a baby chair that I supposed to receive it after few weeks! I had to send them email to look for my order and only THEN I was informed that it is out of stock and I will receive it on March. On March (AGAIN) I contacted the company to look for my order so they told me it will arrive end of May! Addittionally they wanted me to take another baby chair which was much more expensive and I had to give more money or choose a much cheaper one! I refused! Also, after so many months and with additional cost of delivery and fees on the checkout, they checked the delivery address and told me I had to pay VAT. I explained that it is a gift for my newborn nephew and I do not want the family of my brother to be charged for that so I can pay online and they made my life difficult! I send them again on 25th May to look for my order and they haven’t responded to my emails!
P.S: the product seems available on their site and on sale!!!!!!
I am wondering if I will ever receive the baby chair and if my nephew will still be baby and not a teenager! Unbelievable!!!! The worst experience with online shopping I had ever!!!!

BRILLIANT!! cannot fault the service I’ve received. From ordering to opening my package was 21 hours 🤩 product looks fantastic, all parts present and correct. Easy to assemble with a little help from the video. Excellent value for money. Super service will absolutely use again 😀

Fast and efficient delivery of safety gate. Placed order at weekend arrived Tuesday. Could not be happier.

Ordered a dream baby baby and arrived after 2 days but the bath tub was very flimsy so I emailed to arrange to send it back for refund- that was last week & still no reply!!

Refund policy is 14 days so I’m guessing it’s maybe done purposely!

Will keep chasing and see what happens!

Made an order and realised on my confirmation email the delivery address was wrong (even though correct delivery address was entered when purchasing!) They seemed to change my delivery address to the same as billing. The item is back ordered and not due until August, so emailed them to change this. I have had no response or communications and I’ve sent two emails.

Ordered product on Friday with 1-3 working day delivery and it turned up the next day! Also helped quickly when I hadn’t input my email address correctly so I could receive updates. V happy!

Just received Kinderkraft Vado car seat and only placed the order yesterday over the phone, the lady who took the order was very pleasant, professional and helpful. DPD delivered this morning and the car seat was exactly as advertised and very suitable and at a very competitive price too

Sent me the wrong product. Unable to speak to anyone. I have emailed as per there direction, so no way to get progress on this error immediately.

WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.

I purchased a cot, the website advertised 2-3 days delivery. After 10 days I had not received it, nor any delivery tracking information. I called the customers services, who did answer promptly, apologised and said the order had not been processed but they would send ASAP. In fairness, they did and it arrived 3 days later. However, the product was not as pictured, completely different wood finish, felt flimsy and cheap material.

I am still trying to get a refund. The info on the website vaguely suggests that I might have to pay delivery costs to return it, but to email them to request a return and they will respond within 24 hours advising on next steps. I am still waiting for their reply, 3 days later.

Their return ‘policy’ also suggests that refunds can only be honoured within 14 days of purchase date. With all of their poor customer service and poor communication we have now exceeded that date. I am concerned that this might be deliberate on the part of Baby Security so as not to issue refunds.

I will keep pursuing, but safe to say I am not at all happy with this service and would not use again.

delivery was supposed to be 1-3 business days! a week has passed since ordering and no contact !! no reply to e-mails, messages!

Hated every pram i seen or they were too expensive. Having my first child in September and was told to get my pram ordered as they usually take ages, when i bought this it said they were waiting on more stock to come in which was fine but within 2 days i was told my pram was posted and i am absolutely delighted my pram. When I put it together I actually started crying i have had an amazing experience, the pram is so gorgeous nothing missing and nothing broken such amazing value for money.

Thank you for making something so stressful and worrying such an exciting and amazing experience for me such an easy process x
