Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. I placed an order over 10 days ago, and it finally arrived today. The packaging was so badly damaged and soaked through it had been bunged into a plastic bag, and the contents were open and crushed too. To make matters worse I received two items I hadn’t ordered and not received the ones I had. I won’t bother again with these cowboys

Never again!!

Wish I'd read the reviews on here first!! Waited a week and still order not dispatched. Rang them. They said that something on the order must be out of stock so they were holding the order incase it came in! They couldn't even tell me which item! All are still in stock on the website. They said they would re-process the order but I would have to wait 2 weeks before contacting them again if I hadn't received it. I said not prepared to wait so they offered a refund which I accepted! But looking at the reviews here I'm not holding out much hope of getting it!

Bunch of lying theives

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SHISTERS!!!!

My order was cancelled after they failed to send it. I have been lied to by every member of the customer service team I have spoken to (and there has been at least 5)

Told verbally and in writing that a refund had been issued.

2 weeks after my order was cancelled and the finance team knew nothing about the refund request until today. (Find hard to believe)

Told my refund has now been issued but still waiting for the transaction ID so I won't hold my breathe.

BE WARNED, ORDER FROM THESE MUPPET'S AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!!

Bought some pyjamas off the lovely Avon…

Bought some pyjamas off the lovely Avon rep. Never bought anything from Avon before. The pyjamas are lovely but I only got them 2 weeks ago and the stitching on the waist seam has come away leaving a gaping hole. I have admittedly worn them a lot since getting them but obviously the quality isn’t there even though they cost £20. I will stick with next pyjamas in the future.

Total shower of s**t

Paid for next day delivery, a week later still nothing. Called the day after the due date, told they would refund the delivery charge. 5 days on and still no refund. Called on day 7 to be told my order isn't progressing and that they would refund me so I could order again. Not a bloody chance in hell. Just a bunch of liars. Save your money don't order from this shower of s**t

Don't waste your money!

I read Avons own reviews on their power renewal serum and it sounded amazing. I thought I'd give it ago as it is £12 cheaper than my usual Bodyshop Drops of youth serum .... absolute rubbish no comparison! Only positive is that it soaked in well but no noticeable results. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, I'll definitely pay the extra for the Bodyshop one in future. Waste of money!!

i tried ordering 3 items

i tried ordering 3 items, they took the money but my order is still in my basket when i emailed they said try again to order which i did so now i’m charged twice and everytime i call they say their refund policy is 3-7 working days which is nearly 2 weeks now and still have nothing this company is a scam!!! i’m never going to order ever again! absolutely mugged off!!!!

Just had the new Christmas book from My rep
can I just say it uninspiring and boring its like Avon still have stock left over from pervious years.
and shopping on line is complicated and dull.
use a local rep if possible why would I want a rep in Scotland if I live in the south west?

High Price, Cheap Products

Ok, so my review is not a 'One Size Fit Fits All' review. I love to try different products and I can honestly say I've tried most of Avon's range in Make Up, Perfume and toiletries. Every face cream I've bought have been REALLY BAD, leaving a heavy residue that rubs off in little fat rolls of disgusting putty textured stuff. So I never use any of the face creams anymore (They're very expensive too) The foundations are not bad though, but don't last all day like other high street similar priced foundations, eye shadows make my eyes itch, but the eye pencils and mascara are good, gel nail varnish have a good range and last. Lipsticks are good too. Hair products are cheap and nasty, my hair feels like straw with the shampoos and conditioners. Bubble bath is ok some are a bit funky on fragrance so you'll need to test a few to find one you like. Clothes, PJ's and undies are cheaply made and very expensive. Jewelry is cheap and tarnishes super quick. Fake tan is AMAZING, best one on the market I would say. Perfume is ok for day wear, not great for a night out as it doesn't last long. Deodorant and shimmer powder have large vessels with nothing in them. Overall Avon products are extremely expensive in today's market. Quality is average. Convenience is great.

i would like to give them zero but I…

i would like to give them zero but I can't. I returned a faulty pot of eye cream to them in May. It's now October, I've sent them over 40 emails and I can't get a reasonable person to help, even offer a refund or replacement. I've gone round in circles with them more times than I can count. Extremely poor service.

Been a rep for a while but they are slowly getting on my nerves, keep ringing me either trying to sell something or about something else. Keep emailing them to ask them to stop but just ignore it. They call between 8am and 9am. Now blocked and reported to the ico

Foundation & lipstick colours do not match brochure

Although I would give 6 stars to eyeliners, I have decided not to buy any more lipsticks or foundation. The colours do not match the colours in the brochure, in lipsticks they are much sharper and darker, and on foundations much lighter. And if you order same colour in different foundation, the colour is not the same. The rep says that it can not be exchanged, and not samples for foundations. Therefore it gets very expensive to find the right colour, I give up and continue buying Rimmel or Max Factor, really good products and you can test the colour.

It’s stupid how you have to spend…

It’s stupid how you have to spend £20.00 or over for free delivery. Last time I ordered from Avon I got free delivery and no extra charge this time I ordered from there I had to pay an extra £4.87p as well as what I bought which came to £24.38p Plus £4.87p which cost £29.95p Why is they any need for that when I have free delivery. Not happy.

Reps I’ve dealt with friendly

Reps I’ve dealt with friendly , just trying make a living but I find they can be pushy . Products ok . Cheap prices - cheap products. I can go to local supermarket & drug store for similar- claim they are vegan 🌱 hmm 🤔

NOT IMPRESSED

I ordered Skin so soft to take on holiday with me this week because it helps reduce mosquito bites. I paid £4.99 for next day delivery. I am still waiting for the order after 2 days. I am now anxious I may not get to take the products on holiday. This is not good enough!!! If i knew the service was so bad I would not have bothered. I have used an Avon representative in the past and they were great. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!
