I am extremely disappointed with AVASK
I am extremely disappointed with AVASK. Despite my Amazon UK account being suspended, I have repeatedly tried to cancel my membership for the past 10 months. I emailed them three times, filled out their contact form, and even messaged someone I met at the Amazon expo in the US through WhatsApp, but no one responded. They continued to charge my card every month, and I had to cancel my credit card to stop the payments. I strongly warn other users to avoid this service if you might ever need to cancel, as they ignore all cancellation requests

Keep away from AVASK
Keep away from AVASK. That is the advice I got after researching reviews on Amazon and my advice for other sellers. It's my fault to still signed service contract with them even though I saw so many negative reviews and found out other sellers were right. The majority of the staffs are unprofessional and they keep charging you after cancellation service with them.

Unprofessional > not replying on cases / emails. Or idiots that close the cases without resolution.
Asking money for services that they then don't do... So you need to escalate over months .. and after months they still have not done what we payed for.
Not filing filings on time.
Money that needs to be transferred to intermediate IBAN accounts for Italy... which is not required by law... in the mean time we have zero proof that this intermediate company transfers the funds to the government.
Payed high amount of money to recalculate our VAT liability for past X years ... because of VAT audit. Government told us calculation was done completely inaccurate... with arguments. When we calculated at our end, the government was right... so we payed almost 1000 euro for completely inaccurate calculations.
The self service platform is not up to date... so you don't know if filing is done , payment is done etc, ... causing chaos.

They get the job done. Just be Patient!
They get the job done! But just be prepared for it to take a long time. It's not their fault so much as it is just a long process to get your VAT numbers. The application process is thorough and one issue will push things back a long way. Just be very patient with AVASK.

no response to 12 emails...disaster
I have been trying to cancel their services since May 2025, sent 12 emails & servide desk tickets in total, not even one response. They keep sending invoices with charges. The worst service I had ever encountered.

If you just want to pay money to AVASK but delayed by their proccess, unclarifty, invoice increase, you just feel free to work with them!!! I seldom write review here but this is definitly the one i will give nagative review. Simply: I found they tried to reply all comment here just to protect their images. Great company just do great things and provide best customer services, don't spend manpower here to explain, this is no value added. Any additional explanations and problems brought to your customers, will create cost to your customer, and you transfer cost to your costmers.
To AVASK management team : you need to reflect your problems and improve your services.

Potential FRAUD Be very carful - read my expirence -
AVOID: I can only decribe this company as a SCAM, So for 2 years we have had ongoing concerns with invoices and non descript wording, dates incorrect, random costs, fees etc, charging twice. We rasied all these question multiple times. They take funds without consent, and charge via 3 different compaines, including the way they take funds from the bank, without consent. I even reached to Dr Angelos Katsaris, a Director, (who claims to be responsible on Linked In), who passed my concerns to Credit Control (rather than take ownership) - who infact are the very team that avoid all questions, and cause all the concern! BE VERY CARFUL FOLK. Read all the other reviews too, I am not the only one. (I will be reporting them as they will be part of a professional body)

So Avask decided to take my money…
So Avask decided to take my money without asking me, what is going in there? I have EPR for France with amazon already and with avask only EPR for germany. Avask sent me invoice for almost £1400 (of which germany epr is only £200) and take money from my credit card straight away. Without asking me? Service that Ive already got covered?
And support is amazing too - 1 week without reply. Money gone, Avask quiet.
Highly recommend you put limits on your credit card so they cant take more than they should each month and this way you can make sure they wont take your money.
If they dont reply soon I will report them as fraud and take money back from my credit card as this was a completely unauthorised transaction.
What a joke.
