Terrible. Worst experience I’ve had in ages. Used them five years ago and they were great. This time around I signed up with AVAK for my EORI and UK VAT. HMRC rejected my application (no idea why) and AVASK just washed them hands of me. The guy assigned to me was never proactive and just sat back and waited for me to ask about how things were progressing. I’m absolutely livid and now they’re dawdling around when it comes to cancelling my contract.

I had a very poor experience with AVASK when using their VAT and EPR services. Their handling of my case was slow, unclear, and often left me chasing for updates. Communication was inconsistent, and instead of guiding me through the process, I often felt like I had to figure out things myself.
For VAT, there were delays and missing explanations about requirements, which caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. After the whole process for VAT was (supposedly) done, I found out a month after that they never submitted the request and that there was a documentation missing. For EPR, their process was equally frustrating – promises were not followed through properly, and I was left uncertain about what was really completed and what wasn’t. Invoices we were receiving for EPR that were going through AVASK email were sent to us very late, only after a second and final reminder from Der Grüne Punkt.
Overall, AVASK failed to provide the reliable, professional service they advertise. The whole experience has cost me time, money, and energy without delivering the level of support I expected.
I do not recommend AVASK for VAT or EPR compliance. There are other providers who are more transparent, responsive, and professional.

I have very good experience working with Morgane P. But at the same time I have a very slow replies from all other members of your company. I tried to get information for WEEE (sometimes a was waiting for 3-4 weeks to get a reply). Also not fully aware of all documents (which I already submitted) if they are accepted or not and what is the overall status and timelines.

Our experience with AVASK has unfortunately been very negative. Over time we have encountered repeated billing errors, including duplicate invoices and incorrect items listed, which have caused unnecessary confusion and wasted time.
The customer service has been extremely EXTREMELY poor: replies arrive with significant DELAY OF WEEKS or MONTHS, and when they do, they are often ambiguous and unhelpful, showing no real intention to solve the issues raised. Furthermore, there seems to be a serious lack of internal organisation, which becomes evident not only in the way matters are handled but also in the tone of the emails received — often dismissive and showing little respect for the client.
The overall impression is one of neglect, disorganisation, and unwillingness to provide proper assistance, which makes working with AVASK frustrating and unprofessional.
We cannot recommend AVASK to any company or individual who values seriousness, efficiency, and genuine customer care.

Kevin was so incredibly helpful with providing us with the paperwork needed to clear our shipment at customs. He was available quickly on the phone for support and even liaised directly with our Amazon contact to sort this out for us. I submitted my VAT de-registration well in advance, yet AVASK still kept issuing invoices as if I was continuing their services. Even worse, an invoice they confirmed in writing as cancelled was still charged from my account.
I reached out multiple times to different AVASK email addresses, but never received a proper response. This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and creates serious trust issues.
I cannot recommend AVASK – proceed with extreme caution.

I normally don’t write reviews like this, but after everything I’ve been through with Avask, I feel like I have to warn others. What I thought would be a professional partnership turned into one of the most frustrating business experiences I’ve ever had.
At our company, we signed up with Avask for both VAT and EPR services. I knew the basic VAT package was more of a self-service deal, and I was fine with that. But for the premium EPR service, we were promised dedicated support and a proper point of contact. That promise couldn’t have been further from the truth. The reality is that both services came with the exact same level of “support” — which is to say, almost none at all.
Even the simplest requests turned into nightmares. Something as basic as changing an email address dragged on for weeks, with endless forms and emails going back and forth. Most of the time, we were met with silence or vague, copy-paste replies. When they finally made the change, they even applied it to the wrong account. It’s unbelievable how such a small task could be handled so badly.
And when it came to bigger issues, things only got worse. For example, we’ve been waiting over four months just to get clarity on our overdue Italian VAT payment. Despite paying Avask to handle these reports, they refuse to take responsibility. Instead, we’re told that if we want answers, we either need to pay extra for a consultation or submit another ticket into their black hole of a support system.
The so-called “premium” EPR service was no better. We never got the promised point of contact, and the support was just as nonexistent as with VAT. Honestly, the idea that they’d charge more for VAT and call it “premium” when it’s the same useless service feels like an insult.
This isn’t about politics or opinions — it’s simply a business relationship that failed. The lack of professionalism and complete absence of accountability have cost us time, money, and peace of mind. At this point, I’m even preparing to push back any penalties we face onto Avask, because we’ve kept a record of every attempt we made to get help.
If you’re thinking about working with Avask, my advice is simple: don’t. Or at least, go in knowing you’ll be on your own. The service is slow, unresponsive, and unreliable. The moment you actually need their help, you’ll be left stranded.
