This cannot be considered at all a support service. That service does not exist in the practice.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! Do not use them. You must pay up front for your rental when you make the reservation, and there is some fine print way down in contract that you cannot get your money back unless you cancel 48 hours prior to your reservation start day. We had to cut our vacation short by a week due to weather, and received NO REFUND for that weeks rental!! Book directly thru the actual rental company. Auto Europe is a go between.

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service. We do have a cancellation policy for which you can get a full refund if you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the pick up. This is clearly mentioned on our website, during the booking process and in the terms and conditions. As also stated in our terms and conditions, there is no refund for early return of the rental car. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

When we picked up our car we requested an additional 2 hours be added to the drop off time. The agent noted 2 additional hours at no charge. Three weeks later I get my statement and they charged for an entire additional day. They will not respond or explain why the additional charges. Total rip off, will never rent from them again. They also take all of your paperwork when you drop off so you have no proof. Make a copy if you can for your records. Beware!

So pleased for the people who had good experiences. Ours was the opposite. We had a dishonest agent who has scammed us. The car did not have a full tank of petrol when we picked it up yet their agent said it did and they are refusing to believe us. Warning to anyone hiring a car from these people photograph EVERYTHING paperwork, car chassis, fuel tank. They company kept us waiting for nearly an hour in the queue to pick up the car so by the time you get it you don't think to check these things you're just so grateful to get the car. From talking to other people who had similar stories do not hire a car through them unless you have no choice. Walk, take public transport or taxis it will often ultimately be cheaper. Their rates might seem cheap but you get charged in other ways DO NOT USE you have been warned.
