Autobuffy Isn’t in the Business of Helping Its Customers

I ordered parts from Autobuffy online but never received a confirmation email with my order number or receipt, making it difficult to contact them for a return. After my car was in the shop for a month, I found that one of the boxes was completely unopened and unused. When I called Autobuffy, I requested to speak with someone in charge, and the phone consultant told me he was in charge, but he refused to help with my return. I then emailed the company, explaining my whole situation—that my car had been in the shop for a month, I hadn’t received the confirmation email, and the parts were untouched.

Despite being just a week past their 30-day return policy, they still refused to accommodate my request. Car repairs are expensive, and I was really hoping to get some relief by getting a little money back from parts that were never used. Unfortunately, Autobuffy made no exceptions, even though returning the parts wouldn’t affect them at all, but it definitely affects me.

It’s clear that Autobuffy isn’t in the business of helping their customers, and this experience has been very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them, and I won’t be buying from them again.

Purchased struts from them off Amazon

Purchased struts from them off Amazon. Parts came with a lifetime warranty and 2 years later the parts failed. Company would not honor the warranty and kept giving me the run around. Amazon wouldn't help either since this is a third party seller. I will never buy from them again. Terrible customer service.

Warning. Avoid this seller

Warning. This company has the worst customer service and was unwilling to do or offer anything to help correct their own mistake. Purchased front struts for my 2014 surburban based on part their Fitment indicated on their website which pointed to the wrong part. Try calling and the customer service line hangs up on you. Was finally able speak to this guy in sales who tells me customer service is only acknowledged via email. So I spent another week going in circles with “Jane” on email who I think is actually an alias for the same guy I spoke to in sales. “One man boiler room operation”
After getting nowhere with email, got the same guy in sales on the phone.. let’s call him “Jane” and tells me he will do nothing because it’s now past 30 days and now I’m out over $500. Asked him to show me how to get his site to point me to the correct part and he basically blows me off and tells me to send an email to customer service. As a side note, I also called the actual maker of the struts. They checked the site and confirmed that autobuffy.com has their product incorrectly listed for my vehicle.

Fast delivery and good pricing

We ordered some parts for my work truck on a Saturday evening. They said they would be delivered by the following Friday. I come home Tuesday evening and the parts are sitting on my front porch. Exceptional delivery time and better prices than other online stores and corporate stores. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Return part

The company would not pay return postage on a part that was incorrect. The picture on the box was what I ordered but the part inside was different and would not fit my vehicle. I ended up paying the return postage. Bad business for $10 in return postage fees.

Fake company

I purchased rotors & brakes for my car

I purchased rotors & brakes for my car, website said would fit my 2018 honda accord, they don't fit! I contacted them over the phone was told it would be taken care of, just send email with my car vin # and the parts #'s of what they sent me. I get emailed back stating I have a honda accord sport, you can send them back to us for a refund, but have to cover the cost of shipping. The shipping cost is equal to what I paid for the parts. This was my first time shopping with this company & definitely the last, definitely no customer satisfaction guarantee with this company!

DONT BE CHEAP, SPEND A LITTLE MORE!!!!

Spend a little more money to get better automotive parts from a trusted source. I purchased a brake kit for my 2016 Sentra back in March of 2024. I ended up paying $193 for rotors, drum covers and brake pads. I installed it the first week of April and in less then 3 months the rotors and drum brake covers were full of rust. I reached out to them thru email because after calling at least 5 times to get a hold of someone, the machine always said no-one is available to answer your call, then would hang up. They replied back and told me to fill a warranty form which when reading says they do not cover rust. I was screwed over and now have to spend more money to do my brakes again.

false advertising and dishonest

They advertised a part for sale and I spoke with a sales rep who assured me it was in stock and would ship that day. 2 days later I get an e-mail saying they could not ship my part because it was out of stock. I am an auto repair professional and this left me in a bad place with my customer.

This company sucks and I will never use…

This company sucks and I will never use them again they sent me parts for the wrong truck and yet to get a call or talk to a live representative about the problem.the phone number is fake because it put u on a hold then hang up. Ordered a complete struts assembly with…

Ordered a complete struts assembly with all the fixings and rear shocks. Product looked nothing like what was pictured. The strut assembly threw off my 06 mustang gt front tire by -0.2 camber. Had to by camber bolts to fix that issue. Since camber was bad I had to replace both front tires since the sidewalls were being driven on. When I took it to get it aligned I am now being changed for the alignment twice due to the camber bolts being needed and the tires I had to buy and then take down to have put on. I left a review for the product and they don't show negative reviews if it's a one star. Very deceiving company.
This is the item number AB206451 and it is not what you will receive.
