Everything was great until....

Everything was great, right part right price, unbelievable price actually. If something seems to good to be true, trust me it is. I got a random refund from them 2 days later with no explanation. I contacted them via email to find why, because if they didn't have the part it was fine, but explain why the order was still processing while you gave a refund. Fast forward to 3 days later after I contacted through the website and put the order number, the reversed the refund, told me the part wasn't in stock and they wanted to know if I wanted a refund or to wait on the part to come back into stock. I stated as long as it took them to reply I wanted my refund and would never be dealing with their company again. This was yesterday. No response. My husband called their phones today with no answer and option 2 doesn't give an option to even use an email. He opted to try option 1 and got to a voicemail in which he asked for a refund or a return call within 2 hours and no one tried to reach out or even tried. I sent another email asking for a refund almost 2 hours ago without response as well. I finally called my bank and they are getting my money back. Buyer beware. I just don't want someone else to be out 100's of dollars waiting on parts only to be giving the run around. I reporting to the FTC and BBB as well.

A roll of the dice good luck

I had used them in the past to get parts for one of my vehicles and it was typical process I received my parts in a timely manner and the correct parts that I ordered so I thought I would try them again the next time I ordered from them all was good until I went to install the parts and found out they were the wrong ones so I tried their live chat for an entire week along with calling many times also the live chat never worked and the phone calls were never answered not even a way to leave a voice mail message I have zero responses to emails also. so much for their part fitment guaranty. I will be turning over my information to the BBB also which I have found out has a multitude of bad reports about them.

From the beginning I have had a bad experience with this company. I ordered the wrong part and they told me that I have to pay over $100 to send it back in order to get the right part. They drag their feet to respond. Then when you reach the 30 return period, after they took your money, they cut you off

DO NOT ORDER 2012 PRIUS DENSO COIL AND PLUG KIT

I ordered 2012 prius kit with 4 spark plugs and ignition coil kit for $315.00. I only received 4 ignition coils. Not the spark plugs.
I went ahead and put on the new coils and bought spark plugs from local parts store. To get my car working.
I talked to Buffy 2 days ago. Customer service was nice and said he'd send a report for partial refund. I did not hear back. So I called again today. They told me I can send back coils for refund. Did not offer any compensation for the fact they advertised as a KIT. I told the representative they need to change they website. He said they did it yesterday. The kit offer is still up. Coils and plugs $315.00. They will only send coils because its $315.95 for just the coils. However you can buy coils elsewhere for $100 less elsewhere.
Basically. They offer a kit on website. Then only send coils.. without plugs.
It's a SCAM!!!!!

Look for yourself. 2012 prius DENSO coil and spark plugs comes up as $315. Then look at just the coils $315 also. That's a SCAM!!!!!!!

Not worth the time

Not worth the time. Review shows on time or early delivery. My orders was schedule to arrived Jan 9 thurs. On that day, it change to nxt week Jan 14 Tuesday between 1-2:50pm. Never shows up. Waited all day til after 6pm, the date change to Jan 15 Wed 2-3:50pm. Didn't come til after 630pm. Too much excuses and delay. Not worth my time and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE.

This store is a scam

This store is a scam. Part shown on the website is not what you are going to get. Some people might be lucky to get the right parts, but I would not buy anything from this store again. The customer service is a joke. They pretend they are going to solve the problem but after calling every day, they won’t even answer the phone now. Safe your money and find your part somewhere else. These people who give 5 star it’s fake.

DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!!- ALL they do is send you whatever they feel like, then when you get what you don't want, they will make YOU pay to send it back THEN REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND!! If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 THAT is what I'd give them (but this site makes us put at least 1 star)

"Steer Clear: A Scam Disguised as a Car Parts Shop"

This garage band car parts shop has no business pretending to be legitimate. It’s a joke disguised as a business, luring customers with promises they clearly have no intention of keeping.

They consistently send the wrong parts, even though they advertise a "guaranteed fit"—which, in reality, seems to be more of a gamble than a promise. To make matters worse, their refund process is a nightmare. You’ll be met with excuses, delays, and frustration at every turn, and don't expect them to send the correct part without jumping through hoops.

The customer service is equally abysmal—rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. It's as if they put more effort into dodging accountability than actually running a functioning business. Their so-called “guarantee” is worthless, and once they have your money, you’re on your own.

Do yourself a favor: save the headache and avoid this scam entirely. Trust your hard-earned money to a legitimate, reputable store that values customer satisfaction.
