I ordered a casting kit at the beginning of February that never arrived. The tracking is labelled ‘exception’ but hasn’t been updated since the 1st of March. I get that things happen, but I have reach... See more

Ordered the kids phone on the 6th December said it would arrive in time for Christmas and according to tracking it’s still in China . Don’t think you should call your business Australian when everything comes from overseas. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve so I doubt the phone will arrive by Christmas. Will not order again

Very disappointed in cheap products and company.
I ordered 3 of the creative science sets... the fan, boat and light. It would be helpful if the instructions were in English instead of Chinese. I thought it was an Australian product and company (Australian Kids), otherwise I would not have ordered for my grandkids for Christmas.
Tried calling the number but it doesn't work.

ZERO is my real rating. This company has the WORST tracking system. Communication was even worse. The company only responded effectively after I put in a complaint to PayPal. Then the company had the audacity to say my complaint would take up their time - when the issue was created by their lack of communication about non delivery. I am also affronted that they call themselves "Australian Kids" - totally deceptive as they are Hong Kong based and just using our country's good name. What a disgrace.

Why cant you give zero stars. Not aussie, Phone not connectect, wont answer emails. Usless chinese scam company

WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!
What crappy “toys” for the price you pay!
The toys don’t even work or the box it came in was broken
I won’t bother with a refund as I feel scammed already so don’t need to be scammed again

Disappointed. Wished I’d taken my time to read reviews before I made my purchases. Cheap plastic toys definitely not worth the money. Hong Kong based business that advertise as Australian.

Further to this review below, I contacted Paypal, who I used to pay for the goods. Once they were involved I am happy to say I received an immediate refund. Gloria
I placed my order at the beginning of Dec. Still not arrived. However the only note from the company was a generic email asking how I rated the product!!
No response to date !!!
Is this alla scam?????????

Don’t bother u pay this money for flimsy item
Does not look like what the picture does and the item we purchased was flimsy asf. Ball kept knocking it down and is really small compared to the pictures won’t purchase from this company again cheap crap, bought this for the kids and they said their normal golf set is more solid than this cardboard crap

Really disappointed with the items supplied and the condition they arrived in. Damaged, poor quality and not at all what I expected. The items were intended to be given as Christmas presents but it's not possible. $170 spent on items that look like they come from a very cheap supplier.

Far smaller than the photos represent, took three weeks, no box or even nice packaging. Looks like I could have bought it at a $2 shop! You are not Australian, so don’t make out you are. I wish I’d read the reviews first. I won’t be shopping with you again!

If I could put -10 I would. Totally fake, scam site. I wish I'd thought to check reviews (my fault) but was encouraged to by by my husband 😡. I did finally receive the goods, only after plaguing the site with threatening emails. But, the goods arrived in disgustingly flimsy packaging, the boxes were crushed and the quality is very poor. If these are from China, they are adding to an already extremely poor reputation. As people have said...their contact details are totally fake, along with pretty much everything else about this "company".

Cheap Asian product. Shame on you for pretending that you’re an Australian company. Shame on me for not checking your reviews before buying. I bought a tummy time water mat. The name on the packaging is “Baby Slapped Pad”. If I could give negative stars I would.

Product quality is extremely poor. Product way overpriced. Was charged $24 for a product that I would only be willing to pay $5 if I'd seen the product in a shop.
Not suitable for children as puzzle pieces are too small & pose a danger to children
No customer assistance as its NOT an Aussie company..
Delivery took 6 weeks. No response to my emails from this company.
It's a SCAM business. Avoid avoid avoid.
Would have given lower than a one star rating if that had been an option

Worst quality product. Don’t buy anything from them.

don't trust this company - they don't take delivery seriously and do not respond to emails.

I have had the same experience as so many others. Firstly being tricked into thinking that this is an Australian company and then receiving a battered parcel that is in such bad condition it’s not suitable to give my grandson for Christmas. The parcel was open when I received it. I also ordered 2 items but only one arrived. I have tried calling the number but surprise surprise it’s not working and I have emailed them but just received a generic response. Would not bother with this company again and definitely don’t recommend. Just wasted my money!
Very disappointed

Products took 3 months to arrive, and when they did they are very POOR quality and not anywhere near the same as the picture described on their website. It comes straight from China. Spent the whole time thinking i had been scammed, and they when it finally did arrive the items were not as described, not even close! Will check the reviews next time. Glad i only wasted $60.

DO NOT buy from this company. Inflated prices. Poor quality and not Australian. I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing.

This company does not provide any details of what is happening to an order. They just take your money and leave you hanging. Unfortunately, like many I should have read the reviews. Too trusting but now can warn others. I doubt whether anything will arrive for Xmas for grandchildren.

Horrific customer service, says it’s Australian company but actually in hong Kong. Found same product on eBay for 1/5 the price. Box is poor and product is cheap. Never buy from them!!
