Extremely slow delivery and poor tracking. Messages and emails not responded to, still havent received item despite waiting 2 weeks. Will not arrive in times for daughters birthday

If I could put _i would ..my order has not arrived..tracking shows returned to sender?? Aus post shows no tracking for that track number.sent 3 emails with no response..I have messaged there number..no response ..I have rang the phone number that doesn't work..not happy this was a birthday present

My Catapult Car Set arrived and was pretty disappointed in the packaging on first impression. The cardboard was bent and crushed so unable to give as a present. Made it look second hand. And the cars are extremely light weight and poor quality. A total waste of money. Shouldn’t be allowed to have Australian Kids mentioned.
