Unhappy customer!
I’ve been sending them emails for the past couple of months trying to cancel my subscription as this product didn’t work & I’m not happy with it at all. They answer some of my emails but won’t cancel it for me as the products keep being sent to me. I didn’t realize when I first ordered it that I was going to be locked in to a subscription that just keeps coming. I just want it canceled & it’s not happening!! I’m so frustrated & angry with this company.

Appalling, it’s got to be a scam. You attempt to cancel and they don’t respond and they continually take money out of my account. It’s supposed to be a money back guarantee but it doesn’t exist. Expensive, stinky, not worth your money
Expensive, smelly and does not do a great job. I bought for myself and sister to try. It works just like any other hair removal cream and smells as well. Results last a day or two as it does not get all of the hair it just melts the on top. I’ve used it three times now and it’s not good. I still have heaps of product because I got caught in an auto subscription. So I purchased four packet to give it a go and now have more being sent to me :( was hard to cancel as well.

Have yet to even receive the first product I ordered over a month ago, cannot get any response from multiple emails sent wanting a refund, and just got charged for a second product when I’ve yet to receive the first product!!! Still no response from any customer service emails. No number available to call and speak with anyone. Don’t ever do business with this company

Editing to Add- I was finally offered a full refund based on this review if I would remove my negative feedback. I said no to leave this warning for others, but have still not received ability to cancel the subscription.
If you used a service like PayPal you can go in to your settings and remove their ability to charge you.
This product did not work. Their website does not give you a login, you have to request permission to log in. I have requested this at least 10 times by entering my email, with no response. However, I get their sales emails every single day.
I have emailed the service email at least 3 times with no response.
I have also messaged on Facebook, with no response.
It appears that Aurlux monitors these messages, so I would love to have a direct way to contact them to request a stop on my subscription.

Terrible! Does not work and can’t get canceled
Hair removal cream did not work and caused severe skin issues for me. Tried multiple times to cancel the unwanted subscription but never received the email link. Also tried emailing many times since receiving and trying the first shipment requesting cancellation. Only received a few replies directing me to use the email link request to cancel and now no response at all. ???!!!

Satan’s Hair Cream
Got my shipment in today and used the product. I was only able to leave it on my face for 3 minutes before it started to feel like I was on fire. Now my face is irritated and is even bleeding in various spots. I also didn’t realize that I was signing up for a subscription and can’t cancel as the email link hasn’t been delivered after multiple requests.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Still going back and forth on email trying to get a refund. After telling them to cancel my subscription months ago and actively doing this myself on the website 3 times! I’m actually shocked with the level of incompetence of this company. I have emailed pictures of my return twice now without any acknowledgement of how to return this (ie orders I did not order and did not want as I had cancelled my subscription long before and made it clear the product itself is utterly garbage!).
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Total scam and the customer service team are an absolute joke! Avoid at all costs!
Being a hairy beast is worth never having to deal with these utter eejits!

AVOID - if I could give 0 I would. Placed an order in October and got automatically signed up for a subscription. Which they then took money again two weeks later before I’d even tried the products, this is when I realised a subscription had been set up. Customer service completely ignored my request to cancel and asking for a refund, just sent emails containing ways to manage my subscription and to let them know how I wanted to proceed. Even telling them cancel and refund they kept repeating what they were able to offer (terrible customer service and shit products). They refused to cancel again and I got charged for a 3rd time, I ended up contacting my bank to put a block on them taking more. They still keep emailing me for payment and advising ways to manage my subscription again not listening to what I’m saying. Honestly please don’t waste your money with this company- I haven’t actually used the product due to not initially having the time but after reading reviews I won’t waste my time. Was charged 3 payments, received 1 lot of product and had nothing but stress trying to reach out to them. Please AVOID
In response to there reply, I have emailed multiple times to be met with the same excuses that you can give me discount on my subscription etc, each time I’ve said no and to cancel. Today you have emailed me for the 4th time to say you can’t take payment and will try again in 2 days - I replied to the first 2 emails again stating that I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund .. to be ignored again. This response is purely for show, they do not value their customers or take any complaints seriously.

I only wanted to test it out as all other products have failed to remove my pcos hair but they signed me up to an auto refill and when I wanted to cancel they took me in a 360 loop. I finally have cancelled my prescription but I know how 3 unopened boxes of crap which I didn't even want.

They continued to charge me after I canceled!
Not only does the product not work but I emailed to cancel and they disregarded and sent product anyway then tried to say I was responsible for sending it back or I can keep for 50% return. This happened 3 months in a row where they kept charging me. Thankfully, my Amex card reversed the charges. The company had the audacity to ignore my emails but when they were contacted by Amex they emailed me saying they’ve never received a cancel request! I provided screenshots of everything proving they were not authorized to charge me and they, again, said I could pay for return shipping or keep the product for a 50% refund. Complete scam. Do not give them a dime!

I didn't even realise I was signing up to a subscription until more items came through. Since then I have been trying to cancel. I've sent email after email stating that I wish to cancel subscription. Each time, when I eventually get a response, they email back with a question for example; asking the reason I wish to cancel, then offering to pause the subscription, then offering discount... while all the while the subscription continues and they continue to take money out of my account! The is no phone number to ring and none of the cancel subscription links work.
I am contacting my bank and reporting the company to trading standards!

I would give this 0 . Do not buy anything from this company . Absolute scam and preying on vulnerable women . They unknowingly subscribe you to a monthly subscription which is very very hard to cancel . They also will not refund you your money under the money back guarantee . I have burns and red raw skin without the product ever removing a single hair . The product is not as described and the customer service is shocking . You will get ignored when you ask for a refund . Please do not get your hopes up with this product . Please do not buy . They should be ashamed of themselves
Oh and I have contacted your support team for a refund but I have been ignored on several occasions and have had to block you from taking any payments from my bank as you are not to be trusted unfortunately

Update: After multiple emails to Aurlux about them failing to cancel my subscription when I sent an email on Dec 9th 2025(and they responded so they did receive it) Then them sending out a second order and charging me again on Dec 29th for a second order I did not want or order. They claimed I did not cancel in time. So I left this review. They contacted me this morning 1/9/26 asking me if they refunded my order (again the order i never asked for or wanted) if I would delete my review. Absolutely Not. I tried multiple times to get them to make this right before i left a review. Buyer beware, they only care if you leave a bad review. Otherwise they make no attempt to correct their mistakes!

After my order I saw they signed me up for auto refill. I immediately contacted the company to cancel the subscription. I was told it was canceled. I woke this morning to an invoice that they were sending out another shipment after I canceled it WEEKS ago. I've had to cancel my debit card so that they could not keep charging me. Also the product does not work as advertised. So I got an inferior product and bad customer service. This company is a scam. Don't waste your time or money.

After the first product I received didn’t work for me, I received another and realized it was a subscription. I’ve been trying to cancel for over a month now. The people responding try to give me tips on how to use the product. Nobody will take me seriously. Nobody will cancel the subscription. And they say you can manage your subscription online, but that is a lie. When you enter your email, they don’t send you a link to manage your subscription. This company is a complete scam! They won’t give you a number to speak with a person, and the emails are not helpful at all!!’

Firstly, this product doesn't deliver what it promises.
Secondly, trying to cancel subscription, is very frustrating, as they don't have a login, only a "subscription login magic link" where you have to enter your email address and they will send the link, to login, which never happens!

Can’t cancel a subscription I didn’t know I was signing up for
I’m adding my own review because I have also received the same run around about canceling my subscription. The “portal” they claim is so easy to use has you enter an email that is supposed to send you a link to manage the subscription. 1. I never knew I signed up for a subscription so I contacted customer service and was asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel. I said yes cancel about 3 different times and asked for a confirmation email to show it was cancelled. Radio silence. 2. The link never showed up in my inbox after trying at least 20 times over the last week. 3. The last email I received sent me a confirmation that I do still have an active subscription with recurring charges and asked if there was anything they can help me with. So I responded yet again to CANCEL and show me proof it’s been cancelled. Still no response. DO NOT ORDER!! I’m going to dispute the charges if they try again. Absolutely insane.
