They were very kind, informative and answered any questions I had. Plus they didn't pester me either to have a cremation with them, as I found out other companies did, when making just enquiries. I wanted to find a plan just right for me. I recommend Aura.

Reassuring service
The member of staff was both helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about the product. She was able to answer all my questions in a clear and easy to understand way. The details of the product were explained and the price was very competitive. Overall it was a very reassuring experience.

From the beginning to the end I cannot speak highly enough of using Ora , so kind , so understanding, Ora have made a very sad time for our family a peaceful comforting time for us all , A time when things are hard Ora have taken such good care of us and our dad , I truly wouldn’t of gone down any other route and would high recommend Ora to anyone for peace of mind and soul .

Phoned round a few cremation businesses…
Phoned round a few cremation businesses and decided on Aura as the company is a family run business and the staff were so easy to talk to. They took the time to answer all my questions. I took about 3 weeks to decide and there was no pressure from them to take a plan. Other companies were sending emails every other day.

The chap on the phone listened to me.
I have hearing difficulties which I explained over the phone. All necessary info was immediately e mailed to me, along with the advice to take my time perusing it, as there was quite a lot. I subsequently rang back to arrange a plan and by utilising e mail and a brief phone call, completed the entire transaction. Thank you for your consideration and adaptability. Very satisfied.

After my lovely Dad passed away…
After my lovely Dad passed away, we contacted several companies but knew instantly after speaking to Aura (Tracy Field) that they were the one to choose. She put us at ease, was not only professional and knowledgeable but caring and compassionate and dealt with all our questions and concerns all the way through the process, keeping us constantly updated. The local Funeral Directors they used were professional and dignified and delivered my Dad’s ashes to my Mum in a tasteful urn. Although this wasn’t the major concern for us, the cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Aura to anyone looking for a direct cremation.
