I've been thinking about sorting things…
I've been thinking about sorting things out for a while before i pop my clogs ..thinking for year's actually. As I'm getting older I thought I'd put things into action . I'd called a few funeral place's to see what was the best for my needs. Aurora! Stud out of all the calls I made , why....the lovely lady I spoke to (not sure if I can give names here ) was so intuitive to me and how I wanted things to go . She didn't try to sell me anything or up herself on likes or votes on forums or anything, she focused on me and what I needed , also gave me the option to think about things before i go ahead. Cost ! Yes for some of us money is an issue so I priced everything that the more advertisers charge to what Aurora charge for what I get . I get exactly what I want from Aurora for a better price. That's money out way. They are concise, give a very personal service and keep in touch after to make sure you have all your documents and are happy with everything, and reassure you that you can ask, inquire and speak to someone after all is settled and paid for if you are not happy you get your money back , what else could you ask for. I can't praise Aurora enough .

I requested 2 brochures from 2 different companies. One company hounded me relentlessly. Aura let me take my time to decide, no pushy sales pitch. The staff I spoke to were lovely and answered my questions with good humour and reassurance. I would recommend Aura.

I bought your preplanned cremation over the phone. The young man who arranged my plan was so pleasant and so easy to talk to, he made me feel very at ease as this is quite a sensitive thing to plan. So very pleased it is all sorted and would recommend Aura to my friends.
