Ease of setting up, understanding of requirements.

Very pleasant member of staff. No pushy sales. Excellent communication and attentive also listened to what my specific needs were.
Good clear conversation in a friendly manner. Professional and efficient at all times. Happy with the funeral package I have purchased plus peace of mind that there is the option to cancel and get my money back if I dont want to proceed eg out of the country etc circumstances change etc no other service provides this offer.
Very clear and easy to understand/read on document received.

The process was quite straightforward and the operator was helpful and knowledgeable. We just hope that it going to be a long time before we can rate them on the actual cremation part of the service.

I wanted to organise the cremation of my body years in advance(hopefully) for peace of mind of myself to know that my family and friends do not have to worry about these things while grieving. The company stands out regarding compassion, values and vision. Very helpful on the phone and everything was set up very quickly

My initial contact was for their brochure. This was mailed to me & required a signature. A follow up phone call was made to me asking if I'd recived it. I said yes but it was also emailed. I informed them that I'd several brochures to look at. No hassaling phone calls which the others were ringing almost every day.
When I'd made my decision & rang them everthing was so straight ward. Very professional & friendly. Nothing added to their price as advertised which all the others I'd look had additional costs for their payment plan.

They were very kind, informative and answered any questions I had. Plus they didn't pester me either to have a cremation with them, as I found out other companies did, when making just enquiries. I wanted to find a plan just right for me. I recommend Aura.

The member of staff was both helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about the product. She was able to answer all my questions in a clear and easy to understand way. The details of the product were explained and the price was very competitive. Overall it was a very reassuring experience.
