What a difference would definitely recommend

Excellent service ,very professional and polite. If there is a down side to the experience the shop location is very poor with very very limited parking for customers ,especially disabled customers.

I have made a series of visits to the York branch. On every occasion I received first class professional service. The staff are to be congratulated for their courtesy and responsiveness.

Chloe was really nice and put me at ease explaining the process. It was quick and painless.

I recently had ear wax removal treatment at Hidden Hearing. The treatment was excellent, very safe and very gentle. I was given advice on how to look after my ears so that I do not have so many problems and I was also given a free hearing test which was very useful. Best ear treatment I have ever had.

My appointment with Chloe for earwax removal was a professional and knowledgeable experience from start to finish.
Would highly recommend.

Fabulous service with excellent follow up and aftercare

Both ears were cleaned using suction apparatus which was painless and efficient. My hearing was then tested and I was recommended an NHS hearing test. This was done a week later and no further action was needed. I feel that a potential harm has been avoided and healthy hearing ensured. A good experience in all. The location was easy to find, though parking was remote. My wife dropped me off and picked me up as I can’t walk far. She was asked to attend the test as a familiar voice, but was actually used in the event.

Today I went to Hidden Hearing at York for ear wax removal. Chloe was very efficient and looked after me explaining everything that was happening. It was a quick and painless procedure. I have always had to have my ear wax removed over the years and would highly recommend Hidden Hearing and Chloe.

Prompt service, managed to get an appointment within a week. This was better than 2 local alternatives. This was made possible by a helpful and competent Receptionist. Appointment was successful with good ongoing advice from the Practitioner.

This was my first visit to Hidden Hearing for wax removal. I was given an appointment within 48 hours and received superb service through. Every step was explained, the process was painless and the person who carried out the procedure was friendly, professional and we had a good chat!

I received a warning of my appointment. All COVID regs were complied with. Louise carried out a full hearing test adjusted my hearing aid. She was pleasant and helpful. I have no comments to make. A very professional appointment!
