Very professional and trustworthy consultation
I have noticed situations where I struggle to hear for some time and was fully expecting to be buying a hearing aid.
The audiologist conducted his tests and advised that I should come back when my hearing was worse because the difference their aids would make at my level of loss was probably not significant enough to warrant the cost.
In an age where everyone is trying to sell you something this was a breath of fresh air.
I will certainly return when my hearing loss gets worse

Tom checked my hearing in a sympathetic and caring way which was very reassuring. He introduced the new aid which is smaller and arranged for me to have a trial period. It is going well apart from some discomfort in one ear which he will rectify next week . Very comprehensive and helpful visit.

Dee at Audika Kingston
My elderly mother was in great discomfort due to severe wax blockage in both ears. Dee was brilliant - so helpful fitting her in for an initial consultation at short notice and followed up with treatment to remove the wax 3 days later. She was so kind putting my mother at ease and carried out the micro suction efficiently and professionally. We will go back for follow up with Dee in 6 months.

I went to the free hearing exam I was…
I went to the free hearing exam I was told it will be all for free because they have nhs option and in the end they find what to charge you for in my case it was ear wax removal which is ridiculous and the fee was around £90. Waste of time. Be careful and do not let them charge you for something that was meant to be free

We also charge for our wax removal service we are sorry if that was not made clear at the time of booking your appointment.
