New aids from a different provider
This was my first visit to Audika in Bideford. A small but compact office but the service was excellent. The hearing test was extensive and thorough and Simon very professional but at the same time friendly. The various qualities of aids was explained with no pressure to take the most expensive. Having had a poor experience with a different provider about four years ago, I am now completely happy with my new hearing aids.

Very professional and caring attitude to my hearing
I have known Simon for 8 1/2 years, that is since I had my first test and hearing aids.
You are instantly conscious that you are under the care of a professional team in Bideford.
Simon is a true gentleman and very proficient at what he does. Another plus for me is the cleanliness and great hygiene shown during my visit, my OCD didn’t get in the way at all.
I know that I can call Audika in Bideford if I have any issues with my hearing or hearing aids any time.
This is one of those really great services, and it is certainly worth paying for, and a special mention to James too.

My appointment was with Simon who I have been seeing for many years, he is always very pleasant and helpful, he altered my hearing aids as was having problem hearing the tv and tried the new ones on offer which was very impressive am thinking of purchasing them but must say after altering mine I can hear the television much better.
