Bought WG620E.9. Handy and conveninet water pressue jet. Not very powerful but strong enough to clean my balcony and remove dirt easily. Makes cleaning much easier. Very satisfied.
Convenient size for car, door railings and sofa
Online experience is easy to navigate and the product received is as described by the catalogue. I like the size and it is powerful for a little machine.
The vacuum cleaner has a Hepa filter. It would be beneficial to highlight that and give the option to buy replacement as we placed the order. No information available on how to get replacement.
Wrong charger to charge batteries for tools
I thought I was purchasing a charger to charge the battery for my whipper snipper but ended up with a charger whereby the battery charges other gadgets such as iPhones and lap tops so I still can’t use my whipper snipper

I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my recent orders.
While planning home repairs, I purchased multiple items from your company over January 3rd and 4th, believing I was able to secure quality tools at a reasonable price. Based on the stated delivery timeframe, I arranged annual leave to carry out the repairs, purchased additional materials, and planned everything carefully, fully trusting that the process would proceed as promised.
However, aside from the very first item I ordered, none of the remaining products were delivered.
When I contacted your customer service team today (January 19), I was shocked to be informed that due to a system error, my orders had not even been dispatched and were left unattended. Hearing this left me completely at a loss. The representative stated that there was “nothing they could do” because it was a system issue, yet no one took responsibility for the disruption to my plans, the wasted time, or the emotional distress this has caused.
I am now being told that the products can only be dispatched tomorrow at the earliest, meaning I will have to wait another 10 days or more, after already rearranging my schedule and taking leave specifically for this purpose.
This situation is unacceptable.
Your internal system failure has resulted in:
- My carefully planned home repairs being completely disrupted
- My annual leave being wasted
- Additional costs and inconvenience
- Significant stress and frustration
I find it deeply disappointing that no one has taken accountability for this failure. I expect a clear explanation, a concrete resolution, and appropriate responsibility to be taken for this matter.
Please treat this complaint seriously and advise immediately how you intend to resolve this situation.

I haven't received it
I haven't received it, haven't had any response from worx to say that it's actually been sent. I've tried 3 times no response. I paid extra priority postage on the 1st January it's now the 14th January, very bad customer service.
