Do not shop here!! Ordered on 5th Jan, it’s now 19th Feb and it hasn’t come. The automatic email confirmation said tracking details would be sent through once it’s shipped however I had to follow up for these only to be sent the details yesterday and find out its being returned to sender. After a further look it appears the tracking company is fake also. I have demanded a full refund but very doubtful I’ll receive so expecting to have to take this further and lodge an official report.

I ordered on the 24th Jan 2024 2 x Hobart mixer whisks in which cost $641 including shipping including GST. This company took $660 from my credit card immediately and a wonderful email suggesting they were packing my order straight away and it will be in transit ASAP. Today I receive and email stating that they cant supply the original purchase and I should consider a substitute brand. Unfortunately not good enough so I request a full refund. As soon as I do, they stop communicating. ALL POTENTIAL SHOPPERS WITH THIS COMPANY BEWARE THEY ARE A SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
I WONT GET MY CASH BACK BUT HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW STOPS YOU FROM WASTING YOURS...

Ordered product on January 17th, have yet to receive. Swapnil told me my parcel was held in customs. Customs contacted me and asked for all the details of my purchase….seems what is in customs is not what I ordered. Will I actually receive what I paid for?? The Company did not send me any tracking information nor have they followed up with me.

Ordered on the 6th of December,2023 and still yet to receive my package. Took the money out of my account and have followed up 11 times to date with no response from Customer Service. Disgusting company. Seems to operate like a pack of online scammers.

Purchased goods, with money transacted from my bank account - with no detail/communication to date (6 days later)
I have contacted the company on many occasions via email and attempted phone conversation (the number provided automatically disconnects) to get documentation/receipt of goods purchased, but without being able to talk to someone in person I can not get the assistance required to provide me with this.
Wishing I had of read the company reviews prior to purchase as it seems they are not Sydney based as one would initially expect from a look at the website.
Am hoping that I will be contacted so that this matter can be sorted - am not asking for much, just the goods purchased which the company took the $$ for out of my account over 6 days ago with no correspondence/receipt of transaction.
At this point in time I would have to say 'buyer beware'.

Avoid this evil company at all costs. They made out they were selling a salt lamp from Sydney Australia and after a month of no communication and taking my $171 they had the audacity to tell me it is coming from America so I cannot use it. They refuse to refund my money and only want to give me 15 percent to buy a converter so I can try and use it in Australia. Many of the agents are from India. It is illegal to sell appliances in Australia with no Australian cord. I am reporting them !!!

Ordered a milkshake maker - ended up coming from the US (no mention of this on the site). Couldn't use it as the voltage in the US is different to Australia, and would have blown up. When I contacted them they first said bad luck, 2ndly offered me 15% back for a $225 purchase. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible customer service.

The indian dishes I ordered were just what I wanted
Ordered an appliance that has American wiring/power voltage. No mention of that when purchasing- very poor. Either advise this or provide a converter!!

I purchased a mirror for $425. The mirror took 1 month to arrive and when it did, the corner of the frame was severely damaged.
I sent images to homelofts customer service and they said I needed to return it in the condition it was sold or no refund would be given. This is not possible considering the mirror was damaged.
Very very disappointing experience. Buyer beware.

I love the dish cloths I bought. Would recommend definitely. Initially I was wary about the authenticity of the site and when I didn’t receive any tracking information I was very concerned. However, to my joy they arrived!
My purchase arrived on time as promised. However while giving a top rating the lamp shade was broken and awaiting a phone call from Homecraft for a replacement shade.
The product I bought was exactly what I wanted and delivered within the timeframe.
I received an item which was sub standard so I returned it via post with a tracking number. Much later upon chasing up i was told that it was not received even though Australia Post confirmed it had been received and signed for. I even sent a copy of verification but Home lofts comment was the same" we have checked the warehouse and its not there" Not my problem. It was only when I insisted that my enquiry should be escalated that someone with a brain took control after 30 emails.

I was contacted twice to inform me of progress on delivery but when my purchase hadn't arrived after 15 days (pre-Xmas postage) I became concerned and contacted Homeloft.
