I purchase a Crockpot Classic Slow Cooker for $152.51 from a website that appeared Australian based. The item took 20 days to arrive. Unfortunately the plug cannot be used in Australia. The plug... See more

Website pretending to be Australian. Head office is inda. I’m still waiting a response regarding my cancellation. It’s been two weeks. Their phone rings out and they do not respond to emails. Avoid this website at all costs. Have put in a charge back request through my bank.

Despite the company being named AU Homeloftglobal the company is based in India - the name is deceptive with the AU which is code for Australia and therefore misleading.
Secondly, I complained about the cost of one of your electrical items being about 50% more expensive.
You state in your reply that you factor into account local supply and demand/shipping costs etc.
Why would anyone buy a heavy grill from you if they have to pay for shipping plus customs fees from India at huge expense? And what if the item has to be returned? Also do you dispatch items to Australia with the relevant plug/electrical attachments for Australian homes?
I'd love to know.
Also, your demand and supply argument is ridiculous. The market dictates the price accordingly and if you can't at least match local prices you won't be selling much.

The product does exactly as it say! Very refreshing . Well worth the spend
Great range, easy to order, found exactly what I needed and arrived in good order. I love the product.

What an exquisite votive candle holder. It is verry ornate and beautiful.
I ordered an electric stapler from the Australian website, there was no power requirements on the description. I was disappointed when it arrived 3weeks later that the stapler was not compatible with Australian power ie the stapler is 110v not 220/240v which is European/Australian. I immediately emailed requesting the correct model for Australia or a refund. No reply for 2weeks. I then rang and was promptly send an email offering a 15%refund. With no mention of they would cover the cost of return. I find this to be poor customer service and a breath of Australian Consumer Law, which states that they need to refund 100% if the product is not suitable. I will be reporting them. Be careful what you buy from them.

Offered a 40% discount but charged full price. Email, phone number and physical address (Parnell, Auckland) all failed to get any response. Only on day three waiting for advice of shipping but believe I've been scammed.

Over a month since order and no good received. All quiet on email request.
I would not recommend any purchases from this business.

I placed an order yesterday and 5 minutes after I paid for my order, I came across someone that ordered the Cuisinart Egg Central and saying it does not work in Australia even though they had bought it off Home Loft Australia. I had also bought the electric can opener. I called Home Lofts number and spoke to someone who said he would organise a credit and I would receive an email. I did not receive an email and have sent 2 more email with no response. Concerned this is a scam site.......

Item is as described and was delivered easily and in a timely manner. I am replacing my last Pampered Chef chopper which is over 15 years old!!
I would do 0 if I could.
Such a horrible experience for my poor mum. She bought a kitchen appliance from this website and only had issues. Electrician checked it and is suited for 120v not Aussie standard 240v. Tried to speak to customer service which took months and they only offered a discount code for the next purchase haha
