Deceptive company

Deceptive company, canceled my subscription got an email saying sorry to see you go, then in size 1 font at the bottom it said to finish canceling click this link and charged me $20. Scammers giving India a bad rep. Customer support said I stayed too far past my $1 trial so wouldn’t refund me despite doing the whole process the same day.

Stay Away – Deceptive Charges and Terrible Customer Service

Like others have mentioned, this company operates in a deceptive and misleading way. I signed up for what was advertised as a $1 trial subscription, only to be charged an additional $19.99 for a feature that had no visible price tag and no clear indication that it would result in a charge. There was no transparency about what was included in the trial, and the app interface encourages you to click around just to find out — which conveniently leads to extra charges.

I canceled the subscription immediately and requested a refund, but customer service gave me the usual scripted response about having “agreed to the terms.” Let me be clear: I did not agree to being charged for services that were not clearly disclosed.

The entire setup feels like a trap, designed to trick users during the trial period and then hide behind fine print and technicalities. It's a shady business model, and customer support seems trained to deflect responsibility rather than resolve anything.

Avoid this app and company at all costs. It’s not worth the headache or the hidden fees.

Sucked me in by a quiz and then extra charges…

Sucked me in by a quiz and then I could download it for $1.00. I knew there was a subscription so I would cancel right away. But they kept having pop up and if O wanted this offer and that offer but no price was clearly visible. I saw they charged me an additional $28.00. I was shocked and immediately asked for a refund and they won’t give it. Said it was clearly stated when I selected get offer. I never saw anything that said $28.00

Scammers

This company is just scamming people. Like someone else mentioned, I did the 1 dollar subscription, then got charged for an additional 49.99 for something that didn't have a price tag or let you know the price. I immediately cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund, but they also gave some BS on you agreed to it terms ( I didn't). Stay AWAY from these scammers.

There are hidden fees attached to the trial period. The app is set to trap you. It's not clear what if offered in the trial period hence pressing buttons to see what is offered them they change you for it. When reaching out to customer service they covered themselves by saying you agreed for "those" services. Do not deal with this.

Big big scammers

Big big scammers! Apparently it costs $1 for a reading, but they instantly try to steal 25$ from your card when you pay the 1$. Beware of Atria Apps. Then they give you 3 free minutes to talk to an astrologer but they won't answer your question and then if you want to continue the conversation they ask for more. So don't let yourselves fooled my the pretty design, it's a scam.

Totally awful product and service

Totally awful product and service. The report I was fooled into buying as part of of the $1 3 day trial that ended up costing an extra $28.99 was absolute crap. Full of errors and typos making the whole thing totally worthless and unreliable. Customer service to cancel the trial was painful and frustrating. I requested a refund for the report multiple times and they refused without any acknowledgment that the report was incorrect and full of errors. Stay away from these scam artists.

This is scam!

This is scam!
The scam starts when you are offered a trial subscription for $1. Then, without any notice or warning, you are offered to get your report on request and for this, again without warning, I charge you $28.99 for a service you did not order and were not warned about.

Unclear Charges, No Refund – Violates EU Consumer Rights

I purchased a report from Astrologia.world and accidentally selected an extra PDF without being clearly informed of the extra $28.99 charge. There was no clear confirmation or warning before checkout, and certainly no explicit consent to waive my 14-day right of withdrawal as required under EU law.

I contacted support immediately after realizing the mistake and requested a refund, especially since I had not downloaded or used the digital product. Despite this, the company refused the refund, citing vague internal policies — completely ignoring the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which applies to businesses selling to EU consumers, even if they are based outside the EU.

This is not just bad customer service — it’s a legal violation. Be cautious if you're in the EU. I will be filing a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre.

I feel completely scammed by…

I feel completely scammed by Astrologia.
I signed up for what I thought was just a $1 trial, but somehow they tricked me into paying $14.99 for a PDF report that I never even wanted. And when I received the report, it was completely wrong — it had nothing to do with the information I entered. It was just a bunch of generic nonsense that gave absolutely no value to my life.

Now they’re telling me that because I “received the report,” they won’t refund me the $14.99 — even though the report is total bullshit and completely inaccurate.
Their cancellation process is also a nightmare — I couldn’t cancel easily through their site and had to send multiple emails just to get a useful response.

I’m really disappointed. I feel tricked and disrespected as a customer. I would not recommend Astrologia to anyone.

I got scammed

I got scammed - I tried the $1 trial and was charged an additional $28 and when I emailed to question it and ask for a refund, I was told it was "clearly marked" on the website that I selected a PDF report - which is complete BS because I didn't want a PDF nor did I GET a PDF. Its a scam - you've been warned!

By far the buggest scam i have come across. Paid $1.00 for a read i didn't receive. Cancelled the subscription straight away. Now charged nearly $50 for a subscription. Multiple emails sent with no response. In my country this is illegal and unfair trading, and would be subject to legal action. Contacting bank to dispute charges. Super fraudulent company and avoid at all costs. You actually give other horoscope services a bad reputation.
