There is no place to cancel. I could never even access the website. I am going to have to call my credit card company now to contest all the charges.

Scammer beware. I should have checked here before i subscribed. I had to cancelled my card to get out of it.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Scam; 100%. I paid over $400 thinking I canceled the subscription- nowhere in the website can you log in or cancel anything, I called the starr apps phone number after finding the BI WEEKLY charges of $20 (with Starr apps “listed as the business) and received a text saying it was cancelled and refunded.. however they kept on. I found Devroq Apps under my apple wallet charges and emailed them with no response, as well as “astrologist.world” which responded this wasn’t their charges. Major scam, don’t trust any of these companies.

HORRIBLE SCAM!!! THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A THING ON THE MENU TO SEE YOUR ACCOUNT MAKING IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CANCel. They kept charging me for weeks despite my request for cancellation

Extremely frustrating platform. I followed the instructions to email them to cancel my subscription and missed the follow up email where it made you again click that you wanted to cancel, I’ve now paid $220 for a platform I thought was cancelled since the only initial instructions were to email them. Major scam. I had to confirm through 3 different emails and links that I wanted to cancel my subscription and with each step there was no further instruction on what to expect. I wouldn’t recommend this app to my worst enemy. I didn’t get any use out of it.

TOTAL SCAM.....

I used Apple Pay to pay $1.00 for a 3-day trial subscription. I cancelled. Contacted customer service over 5 times. Their company doesn't appear under Apple Pay subscriptions to be able to cancel them. They do not respond to support_astrologia.world. They charged me an additional $28.99 for a PDF Report that was never received. Plus an additional $3.49 for a 1-week subscription. They're a scam.
