Got a rose gold permanent bracelet for…
Got a rose gold permanent bracelet for my 40th birthday which broke within 6months. Having not lived near a shop i only recently went to get this put back on to which i was told there was numerous weak links which i couldn't understand considering it was only less than a year old when it broke. The shop fixed bracelet and said no more they can do if breaks again. It broke again the same day and i lost it. Really disappointing considering the fact it was expensive. The fact you dont do rose gold anymore makes me wonder if this is the reason.

Our welded bracelets, including our rose gold styles, are crafted from solid 9k gold and are designed with durability in mind. Within our welded bracelet service, we are pleased to offer a one-year warranty in which we can reweld your chain free of charge.
As the issue was raised with us after this one year period had passed, the bracelet was assessed based on its condition at the time of your visit. Our instore team were able to offer a complimentary reweld as a goodwill gesture but advised that this was made as a one time exception.
Sadly, as the bracelet was outside of warranty and subsequently lost, we're unable to offer a replacement chain. We are truly so very sorry for the upset this has caused. If you'd like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Connection team who would be happy to help.

Helix, conch & lobe piercings
I had three piercings done today by lovely Bethan at Astrid & Miyu on Neal Street, London. She was super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Gorgeous bracelet made by Maia in Hampstead

I recently got my ear pierced at Astrid & Miyu in Kildare Village and had an amazing experience, especially thanks to Lisa, who did my piercing. She was , so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the perfect placement, and made sure I felt relaxed before starting.
The piercing itself was so quick and gentle. Lisa’s attention to detail and calm approach really stood out, and the whole process felt very hygienic and well-organised. The studio atmosphere was lovely too it’s clean, stylish, and welcoming.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Really nice piercer who explained the process clearly. Love the jewellery choice and I was able to call ahead to reserve my chosen pieces so I didn’t have to worry about them being sold out on the day. Lovely studio, very clean and professional. Definitely recommend!

The nicest earrings!
My earrings are probably the nicest that I have ever owned! I bought the Crystal Cluster Huggies in gold, and have received so many compliments on them. As someone who has always struggled with high street plated jewelry making their piercings crusty and sore, these earrings have not done this at all and I have bean wearing them virtually every day for a few weeks now!

Fantastic customer service from Emma at HOAM Carnaby Street
Emma was absolutely lovely and so helpful at HOAM near Carnaby Street! I came in looking for a pair of silver hoop earrings and she really listened to what I wanted. She took the time to advise me properly and helped me find a pair that I absolutely love, exactly what I was looking for. Incredible experience with Jodie at Newcastle
I visited the Newcastle store to get a permanent bracelet and Jodie provided the most amazing customer service. She was incredibly caring and took the genuine time to understand the special meaning behind the bracelet I chose, which made the experience so memorable.
On top of that, there was some misleading information on the website that caused a bit of confusion, but Jodie handled it flawlessly. She listened to my feedback and resolved the entire issue with absolutely no bother at all. She is an absolute asset to Astrid & Miyu- thank you so much, Jodie!

Ear piercing - Neal Street
I recently went to Astrid and Miyu’s Neal Street studio to have my helix pierced. The lovely Bethan who did my piercing was wonderful. She was calm, professional and very kind - I was on my own (and nervous!) so I really relied on her input regarding placement etc and she put me entirely at ease. The whole appointment was so stress free it was great! Also they had a plethora of jewellery options for the piercing!
